Hi Peter, thank you for your review.
Buy from these guys!!!
I bought a full solar and electrical system from van junkies after having a thorough telephone and email consultation with them about what I needed. The gear arrived promptly and was straight forward to fit. A brilliant service. But more importantly, after 18 months I needed to reach back for some support and without quibble van junkies provided me everything I needed. In the end I called back to the unit in gosport and Nick and Gaz solved my problem in just 15 mins (the date of this review). I have had/ done 3 camper conversions over the last 20 years and this is by far the best electrics company with an amazing service. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

Hi Steve, thanks for taking the time to leave a review.
12mm shut off valve
Let down by another company, jumped online & this was in stock & ready to go . Van junkies seem well organised with clear information if item is in stock . Really pleased with the service I received, emails letting you know whats going on and delivery company were spot on too. Valve did the job perfectly & works well . Pleased how it worked into Motorhome 12mm water system.

Really speedy and great price
Really speedy delivery and great price, I'd looked at other websites and availability was an issue and so was cost. I'd used Van Junkies previously with great service and so didn't hesitate to order.
I would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use again

Hi Mark, thank you for your review, it's great to read that you'd happily recommend us.
Experience
From queries to ordering all was well. My order arrived and one panel was damaged and it was replaced however the replacement arrived and the design of the panel was different. My panels are to go in a visible area that are seen so to have 2 different looking panels next to each other is odd. I advised the company of this and they advised me that there is nothing they can do and its not there problem and I would need to pay to send this back as the panel is not damaged or faulty and there is no garentee the replacement would be a match. Fuming by this poor expensive experience from van junkies . I have since brought 2 others from elsewere by a reccomend company.

Hi Andrew, it's good to hear we're doing a great job, it means a lot.
A happy customer
Great product and service, the order process made selecting the correct components very easy.
I have installed a 315 Ah battery with DC-DC, Solar and hook up for charging and a Victron Multiplus 1600 VA Inverter for 230 V power. The equipment is now installed and working perfectly.
My only recommendation would be slightly clearer instructions, with more detail on cable sizes and earthing.
Overall very happy, would defo recommend!
