I adore this shop

I adore this shop! Fab staff and fab products. Always happy to help both online and in store. Also, the vape reward points are a great little bonus! Been a customer for over 2 years and you won't find better service anywhere else! Thank you Vape & Juice!!

I brought a new vape for my husband for Christmas it was great value for money, very quick delivery and he absolutely loves it I will be purchasing some more products this week as his wants some new flavours for it would highly recommend this company

Great juices as always

Great juices as always, quick delivery, great online chat and frequently flexible on price.

Oh! And cute cats, but that's a whole other story.

Highly recommended...

Even father Christmas shops here...

(Such a shame they still use DPD, the perfect way to ruin a great experience)

In response: DPD fail to deliver correctly almost 50% of my deliveries, Hermes may be slower but to be fair it works, and Royal mail may also be delayed but it will get delivered. DPD tracking has been proved time and time again to be a joke and once it passes the delivery time tracking just fails completely (it's a known bug they aren't fixing). You can't specify for goods to not be delivered to a neighbour, and where I live they frequently stop outside my building, take a photo and drive off, because it's just too much hastle for them to deliver to the 5th floor. Easier for them to deliver to a shop I don't have access to days later.

Don't get me wrong, I love Vape and Juice, great service, great liquids, best live chat around. I just don't see why I have to suffer DPD anymore, life is too short.

Hi Simon,

DPD have the highest rate of completion out of all small parcel couriers at the moment. We do have Hermes as well, but they aren't as quick 98% of the time. Royal Mail are an embarrassment and I don't think you would shop with us if we had Yodel.

That leaves Amazon Prime, which we are actively looking into, but if you know of another we haven't considered we are always open to a recommendation :)
