Came into our shop offering leaflets and free coffee, my member of staff asked for caramel in their coffee and he said I knew you was gay!! Not appropriate , please do not offer us leaflets again

If I could I would not give any stars. They sold vitamins online through Nture supplies healthy supplements but Vape lounge Basildon is the merchant. I cancelled my order for beetroot supplements. I contacted them on several occasions only one reply when I first cancelled. Thereafter they did not answer my emails regarding my refund and so my bank are trying to get my refund as after 15 days they haven't refunded me still. I find it to be a very bad place to deal with. I am warning others about there service and not refunding my money back . Just can't believe this ,this is shocking customer service.Stay away!

Well guys my experience was good actually, I was worried after looking at reviews here;

Order was lost but they reshipped and it was all royal mail fault, they been terrible, the 2nd shipping I even had to go enquire at collection offices for getting my mail!

Oh and if you want to contact them use the whazzup number contact that is available on website, a very pleasant chap answered me and always communicated with me every day!

I got a super bargain honestly the best price anywhere .. brand new and the color I wanted

I am a disabled person of 81.. recently I purchased a vape kit from this firm on the 5th of February 2023, which was faulty (it burned my leaps), after a few days I took it back and was told that I set it wrong (which I had not). The people at the shop agreed to take the kit for testing and said they will call me back when it's done. I haven't received any call from them, then I've written the letter to the firm and I am waiting to this day (13th of March 2023) for their reply. At this moment my health has got worse, so I cannot travel to their shop in Basildon. What am I supposed to do? So I asking Trustpilot or Google to help me in this matter... I still keep the receipt. And more - I payed + £15 for coils and I left them in the shop because they are the type for that kit ( the cost of vape kit is £30 pounds I payed).

I made an order on their website consisting of multiple items. When I recieved it most of the items were correct except for a device, which was replaced by a completely different, cheaper device. I did not receive any reply to my emails asking for either a refund or the correct device to be shipped.

Purchased mesh coils online and they sent me Cotton instead, to add insult to injury they didn't pay the correct price for postage which resulted in me having to pay a further £3.50 despite already having paid £3 already for first class !
As others have pointed out its impossible to contact them to resolve this as they have removed all contact details from the website.

I have been vaping 10 years and used many places but this is hands down the worst !

Do yourselves a favour and walk away, put these guys out of business as they don't deserve to be in it.

Probably not the companys fault, however bought 2 vapes the same, with a 3000puff usage, first one lasted around 100 and the second one did 3 puffs and then it stopped

When I select contact Us. All I get is phone not available and email not available. The products are good but i had a delivery where I had to pay an extra £3.50 postage when I had already paid postage.
Won't be buying from vapelounge again.

Never received my vapes as they got delivered to somewhere in Stevenage and I live in derby. No contact details to contact the store for replacement or refund so I’ve had to raise a dispute with my bank. Ended up placing an order with another vendor. Very poor
