I’ve been ordering from this site for..
I’ve been ordering from this site for years now and honestly couldn’t recommend them more. Their delivery is always fast and reliable, which makes a huge difference when you don’t want to be waiting around.
What really stands out though is their customer service. They always keep in contact and actually care about keeping you updated, which feels pretty rare these days. One time my usual product was out of stock and instead of just leaving it at that, they went out of their way to get it back in as soon as possible and sent it out to me straight away.
That level of effort and consistency is why I keep coming back. Great service, quick delivery, and a team that genuinely looks after their customers!

Hi Luke,
We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must have been.
We can confirm that we have both of your orders on our system. The delay is due to the specific flavour being temporarily out of stock, which unfortunately held up dispatch. We should have communicated this more clearly, and we apologise for the lack of response on live chat.
We’re ready to resolve this for you immediately. You can choose any alternative flavour (including Strawberry Watermelon or any other option), and we’ll dispatch it straight away, or we can process a full refund—whichever you prefer.
We’ve also reached out to you directly to sort this as quickly as possible.
We value your custom and are committed to putting this right.
Kind regards,
Sam

Hi Natasha,
Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting this.
We’re really glad you like the variety we offer, but we’re sorry to hear that your experience hasn’t been consistent when it comes to receiving the correct items. That’s not the standard we aim for.
If there has been any mix-up with your recent order, please contact us with the details and we will put it right straight away—either by sending the correct item or arranging a suitable solution for you.
We’re also reviewing our packing process to minimise these errors going forward.
We appreciate your support and the opportunity to improve.
Kind regards,
Sam

Hi Adrian,
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused with your order.
Unfortunately, the Strawberry Watermelon flavour you ordered has been discontinued, so an alternative was sent. We understand this may not have been suitable for you.
We have contacted you by email and offered two options: we can either send you any alternative flavour of your choice, or issue a full refund if you prefer. You may also keep the item already sent.
Please reply to our email with your preferred option, and we will resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
Regards,
Sam

Disappointed changed original review in good faith only to not receive refund
Ordered a vape to receive email next day saying one i chose was unavailable, received help from Roy who sent an alternative which i unfortunately did not like. Requested a return which is being honoured. Roy Sam has assisted me from start to finish and has shown excellent customer service an asset employee. Thank You Roy. Changed review as company received my good back 5.2.26 and I have had no correspondence regarding my refund after numerous emails sent by myself
