Never received order and vaperus haven’t replied to any emails absolute scam. Do not order of this shop!!!

Avoid at all costs, orders come from UK, take ages and are subject to customs charges

Ordered a week ago.
Still not delivered. Insanely slow process to ship a order

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. 2 weeks in and no sign of order arriving. I’ve tried contact through website and email with no reply. €30 down the drain for nothing. Absolutely fuming. Trying to claim back money through Revolut so 🤞 I get t back.

I emailed the company several times and I just got a reply to say my money has been refunded so we will see if I get it back

Scam company ordered 50eur worth of e-liquid 2 months later and I have received nothing. Contacted their email multiple times and never heard anything back. I have managed to get the money back via Visa charge back so it wasn't a loss but do not buy from them. They are based in the UK but use a .ie domain and claim they are based in Dublin.

This company is definitely not Irish. Didn’t realise it til I placed an order and received tracking number for Royal Mail. Only got the tracking number because I queried my order. Fast delivery my hole 🤥🤥🙄

Since doing the above I’ve just received notification from Irish customs that my package was refused and being sent back to uk. Absolute madness 😡

Zero star option not available,
Now waiting 4 weeks for 2 bottles of e liquid, says they're in Dublin, lies, they're definitely not anywhere in Ireland as when I tried contacting them about my order after a week, they eventually replied after a further week, then preceded to send me by email confirmation that my package had just been shipped (after 2 weeks) saying that they were waiting on a delivery the e liquid (on their website both e liquids were "in stock")
Then the next day I get a post tracking number from the UK??!! And they state very very prominently on their website they're in Dublin and they also state "we're Ireland's top vape suppliers"
Bullshite!!

A scam claim to be a .ie company but charges delivery and then 10 euro customs for a 20 euro order terrible customer service don't order from here

Honestly would give no stars. Ordered and our bank account ended up getting scammed via dodgy phone call via AIB.
Funnily enough the money ended up getting sent to a place called nurturebynature on our bank account!!
