Fast turnaround from placing my order, and the fact Steve the MD, personally called to check that an item I'd ordered was in fact the correct item for the package I was buying. Really good company. Very personal service, previously had a good chat with the owner about compatability of certain parts and is a decent chap. All orders come quickly whether via ebay purchases or direct. Would recommend buying direct as slightly cheaper. Always had the newest stock in as well. Quality company!!

Volcano Hybrid Evergreen
I bought the Volcano Hybrid Evergreen edition and I’m really happy with it.
I paid £395 which is a lot cheaper than the £520 I’ve seen on Amazon, so it felt like a really good deal straight away.
Delivery was excellent. It was sent with Royal Mail 24 and arrived the next day even though I’m on the Isle of Wight, which I was genuinely impressed by.
I’m using it for my medication and I upgraded from an Arizer XQ2. The difference is huge. The Volcano feels much more solid and the performance is on another level. The vapour is denser, more consistent, and it’s noticeably more efficient. I’m using less but getting stronger effects.
Overall a really smooth experience from start to finish. Great price, fast delivery and a genuinely top quality product. I’d definitely order from them again.

This person has now left three negative reviews. I have no idea who it is and we have twice tried to reach out, as have Trustpilot. I can only conclude that these reviews are malicious. It is disappointing that Trustpilot will not remove malicious reviews.
