To improve, how about telling the truth? Maybe I am in this category of scatterbrained, forgetful seniors and I did place an order, but then thought back on the claims and checked it out on the Internet, particularly about Elon Musk and his alleged claims. Check for yourselves and make your own decision, but within seven minutes I e-mailed them and canceled my order as well as called my credit card company. Don't be foolish, check it out before you commit and if they send an item anyway, refuse to accept. This all assumes you believe what you read as to deception and Musk's Internet seemingly AI enhanced claims on the internet and not the stated fake interview with Musk. Ain't Artificial Intelligence something? Just sayin. In conclusion as to myself, "Stupid is as stupid does". Hope I caught this foul-up in time to have the order canceled, but no response from them as requested.

Total deception.

I ordered this product expecting better quality and a better overall experience. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The product did not meet my expectations, and I don’t feel it was worth the money I spent. I would recommend providing clearer product information and improving the overall customer experience. Overall my experience is not good.

The product did not meet my expectations. The quality feels average, and the performance is not as good as advertised. I also noticed some issues with durability and overall finishing. Considering the price, I expected much better quality. Unfortunately, I’m not satisfied with this purchase and would not recommend it to others. very bad product.
