1st time Customer but great 1st time experience.
Ordered last Friday just before the bank holiday and the order arrived the next day on the Saturday, bang on the time I had been informed it would be via emails received after placing the order.
Upon discovering a mistake I had made (my fault entirely), after a couple of quick emails this morning, all sorted.
Great communication throughout.

I had a calm 600 puffs vape and it stopped working after 5 days . I only took a few puffs in the evenings .These guys want me to send it back . What’s the point it don’t work and when this has happened to me with other things I normally get a replacement one . Send me another and I’ll send old one back !!

We're very sorry you've received faulty vapes in your orders. As per our returns policy, we require these to be returned for testing before sending a replacement or taking other further action. We had sent you a pre-paid returns label in order to do this but unfortunately, this was rejected.
