This was the 3rd time we’ve used Vapor clean. Danni and Connor cleaned 3 carpets with excellent effect. Also two ovens that now look brand new, and cleaned the filters and descaled the washing machine and dishwasher. They were professional, a pleasure to have and we couldn’t be more delighted with the results.
Imogen in the office also is most helpful and efficient with advice, quotes and booking

Customer Service is not good
The cleaning was ok but the oven developed a fault with 5 mins of the man leaving and it was working beforehand. I’m disappointed as a solution was not offered and it should have been as clearly something was damaged during the cleaning process to cause the fault light to keep coming on. My dad was not offered any help with this and he paid £130 to have it cleaned he’s 81 and has no working oven atm.
I would not recommend based on this resolution they definitely should have sent someone back out to check what had happened at the very least.
Not good and expensive.

We would like to clarify a few points regarding the oven. When our technician arrived and switched the oven on before any cleaning work had commenced, the error code was already present. Your father was made aware of this before the clean began and, as the oven was still heating up correctly, he was happy for our technician to proceed with the clean.
Approximately 20 minutes after our technician had left, your father contacted our office to let us know that the oven was working again, which was reassuring to hear.
Following your email, we responded promptly to request further information, including details and photographs of the error code and the areas of the clean you were unhappy with, so that we could investigate the matter fully. Unfortunately, we have not received a response, which has meant we have been unable to review your concerns or offer the opportunity to return and rectify any issues you felt remained with the clean.
We are always committed to resolving customer concerns wherever possible. However, as the error code was present before our technician had even started the cleaning process, we do not feel it is fair to attribute this fault to the work carried out.
We are sorry that you feel this way and would still welcome the opportunity to investigate your concerns should you wish to contact us directly.

Vapor clean came to clean my bedroom…
Vapor clean came to clean my bedroom carpet and stairs. It was left patchy and uneven clean. There was even a further stain on the landing that was not evident prior to the clean. On complaining they came back ck to do a further clean however there is little difference afterwards. So I’m sorry to say was disappointed in the end result.

Marked down only because of my annoyance over damage to lining paper high up on my wall. It is true that the paper was coming adrift and will have to be removed. But until now I didn't have to look at a patch of unpainted wall. I don't know why the team was up there at all. I never asked for it.

Scott was fantastic!!!
Scott came out to my house today, ive recently moved in, he was only expecting to do a small bit of weeding and clear out my shed. Instead he cleared my absolute jungle of garden. Before he started I couldnt even walk to the bottom of it. He grafted all day in the roasting sunshine cleared the garden spectacularly and all with a smile on his face. I couldnt be happier with the job thats been done I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Very hard working and polite young man…
Very hard working and polite young man .
The oven took longer than anticipated but he stayed to the bitter end and the ovens gleaming .Really pleased .
Observation about the company ..could have provided him with over shoes .
Also the floor covering didn't appear to be big enough and he struggled to contain the job within the covering .
Can't fault his cleaning though .

Vapor Clean . Very disappointed with the standard of cleaning provided. The property was left in part in an unacceptable condition, with numerous areas still visibly dirty despite the service being completed.
We advised of our concerns some were rectified, others were not. I raised a formal complaint and supplied clear photographic evidence showing the issues, but my concerns were dismissed. The company chose to rely on the statements of their technicians rather than the photographic evidence provided and advising that the Technicians had not finished the clean and were asked to leave. They were asked to leave as they were just not interested in rectifying all the remaining issues.
The standard still fell well below expectations and there was little noticeable improvement. As a paying customer, I expected a professional service and a fair investigation of my complaint. Unfortunately, neither was provided.
For three hours work in a two bedroomed flat; one Technician and one to clean the laminate floors only, no oven clean or washing machine clean; radiators; skirting boards £285 does not seem a fair value for money, especially considering the areas of concern we walked into.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and would advise others to thoroughly inspect any work carried out before accepting it as complete.

Following your complaint, we carried out a full review of the job, including speaking directly with the technicians involved and reviewing the before and after photographs taken on the day.
Our records and the technicians' accounts confirm that concerns raised during the appointment were acknowledged, and our technicians offered to rectify any areas you were unhappy with. Some items were addressed whilst they were still on site. However, before the allocated appointment time had ended, our technicians were asked to leave the property and were therefore unable to continue working or rectify any remaining concerns. They were both willing and available to address any outstanding issues had they been given the opportunity to do so.
As part of our investigation, we considered all information available to us, including the photographs provided and the documentation and photographs taken by our technicians during the clean. Based on this review, we concluded that our technicians were not given the opportunity to complete any further remedial work before being asked to leave the property.

Very polite young man
Very polite young man. Lewis did a great job on our large lounge carpet. We had puppy urine stains which were improved even if not completely removed.
