Cela faisant suite à des fuites de pods qui en plus de gâcher du liquide ont endommagé la machine.

N'achetez surtout pas ce produit qui vous décevra.

DON"T BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! The machine works but the pods don't. They usually empty themselves on 1st fill. Half-fill a new pod, leave it for 15mins, come back and it's emptied all the juice on the counter...every time!! You'll be lucky if you get x1 working out of a x4pack. The leaking and spitting will then ruin the machine. Now the new 3ml pods are even worse (if thats even possible). I've only had success with x1 out of x4pack and thats only filling 30% tank and air intake fully open. Shop assistants pretend it's something new they haven't heard of when you go back to discuss. The whole Vaporesso product system is a scam from the manufacturer to the retailers.

Je vais essayer avec un chargeur à accu, voir si je peux encore l’utiliser.
Ce qui est certain c’est que c’est la dernière fois que j’achète une cigarette électronique de votre marque.

Have a Vaporesso product purchased at a brick and mortar. Replacement coils, etc were double the price in store as opposed to Vaporesso site so I placed an order on company website . Have received 15 emails varying from 'order shipped' to 'invoice information' and 'order cancelled", then "enjoying your new purchase?'. Seriously??? They also sent one saying that they cancelled my order because of a 'high/medium risk of fraud detected'....and a few days after that, yet another one saying my order was shipped and has another so called tracking number.
I've sent replies to them to find out what the actual story is, but no luck.

Almost 3 weeks now and still waiting for a flight of some sort according to the customer service person who hasn’t apologized once. The shipping label wasn’t even created until 7 days after I placed the order. Please buy something else from anywhere else. I’m livid.

Excellent Vapes! The vapes charge so quickly. They also last really long. The pods are easy to change and refill.

Den e-cigg jag klagat på tidigare gick igång av sig själv och blev stekhet. Något är allvarligt fel. Den läcker e-liquid och jag vågar inte använda den. Har plockat isär den och lade den på ett bord. Vågar inte sova för den kanske fattar eld 🔥, och då tror jag inte försäkringen gäller.

Je vous écris pour exprimer ma déception quant à la durabilité de la cigarette électronique Armour Max que j'ai achetée le 31 janvier 2024. Malgré un usage soigneux et l'absence de chocs ou d'autres dommages, le processeur a grillé au bout de seulement 7 mois.

Suite à la défaillance de mon produit, je me suis rendu à la boutique Arome shop située à Verneuil-sur-Avre (27130) afin de présenter le produit au vendeur. Ce dernier a procédé au démontage du produit et a constaté qu'un des processeurs était grillé.

Je suis particulièrement déçu car j'ai investi plus de 100 euros dans ce produit et je m'attendais à une durée de vie plus longue. En tant que Local Guide, je me sens également obligé de partager mon expérience négative avec la communauté afin de mettre en garde les autres consommateurs.

Je comprends que les produits électroniques peuvent parfois présenter des défauts, mais je trouve inacceptable que la cigarette électronique Armour Max soit commercialisée comme étant antichoc et étanche, alors qu'elle ne semble pas l'être.

Je vous demande donc de bien vouloir prendre en compte ma réclamation et de me proposer un geste commercial en compensation de la défaillance prématurée de mon produit.

Je vous remercie de votre attention à ce sujet.

Onto my third all have leaked with proper use. Going to be more problems returning it, don’t need the headache.

Had bought two vaporesso gen 80s mods and without even a single drop the screws that hold the atomizer tank bracket in the top of the mod get loose and strip all on their own first one broke bought a second one and the same thing happened don't buy this brand go with smok spend the extra money it makes a big difference

Order arrived 100% damaged and I did pay for the worry free warranty. Contacted the worry free warranty company SEEL and they informed me that Vaporesso never paid my warranty fee to them so they can not refund me. Vaporesso doesn't respond to emails and USPS only allows the seller to file the damage claim. This company is a CROOKED SCAMMER who doesn't even respond to emails. If I do not receive my $84 refund that I paid I will be contacting my credit card company.

Worst support team ever, they not even told before ordering product they don't have something, changing product in completly different then promissed even twice, im not even seen the more worst company with that poor support, delivery time 36days, longest waited time, completly unhappy with product and customer support, not worth to wait that long for that kind of products, first and last time buying something from that company.

I’ve had a luxe x. Xros 3 mini and cross pro.

The luxe x pods all leaked within days. Went through 8 tanks in less than 2 weeks.

The xros pro was by far the worst. Both pods leaked and bubbled within the first use or two. Had to throw both pods away the same night I bought the device.

The mini was the same

Unbelievably terrible quality. Can’t even get a refund from the shop I bought it from. Solid waste of £100. Do not buy these they are utter trash all of them.

I have the Vaporesso Xros Pro. The device is great. The ability to find the pod/coil I like is anything but great. I either can't find them at all or I get stuck with the side fill pods and no removable mouth piece. When I was in the market for a new device I was torn between two brands and my assumption was that vaporesso products would be more readily available when I needed something for the device. That was the tie breaker. I regret that assumption. I'll never buy another vaporesso device. For now I'm dusting off my old uwell caliburn x until I buy something different

This review has nothing to do with ordering from Vaporesso, but the products themselves.

I love Vaporesso XROS series vapes. I've owned the XROS 2 and 3 for years, and just got the Pro. I have never had a pod leak even a tiny bit,
nor have I had any pod burn out on me. I've dropped my vapes more than I'd like to admit, but never caused damage to any.

The XROS 2 and 3 are almost perfect in every way. Their only flaw is the lack of airflow adjustment. It's kind of hard to close the air vent just a small bit. It's either an easy draw, or a real tight draw.
The Pro addresses any shortcomings that the previous models have. It's also built like a tank, and you can feel it in the weight. It's a little thicker than the older models and I don't know if I like that. I'd like to try the XROS 4 to compare, but the Pro charges in 30 minutes. And I don't dislike it, it's just a little different.
Edit: since my review, I have purchased the XROS 4 Nano, XROS 5, and the XROS Pro 2. I loved the Nano, but a pod leaked all 3ml and killed it. The Pro 2 feels weightless compared to the original Pro. It's battery lasts forever, but takes 70+ minutes to charge. My current favorite XROS is the XROS 5. The battery also lasts for a real long time, but only takes 20 minutes for a full charge. FWIW, I only bought the XROS Pro 2 because the XROS 4 Nano was sold out.

When I emailed them 2 weeks after ordering asking why it hadn't shipped they sent me a shipping number for a government issued Covid test. A few days later they sent another # for a package having "arrived" in Illinois with small print saying awaiting package. 3 weeks later it arrived. It's a good product, but 18-12 days shipping is more like 6 weeks

It's been 10 days since I placed my order. No tracking and they have not responded to emails. Jeez I wish I had seen these reviews beforehand!!

Der Service bzw Support existiert nur selten bis kaum leider, trotzdem schaffen sie es aber noch die Packete zu verschicken zum Glück... Das aber quasi nie auf Mails geantwortet wird ist leider Stark verbesserungs würdig.
Ansonsten sind die Produkte und aber vorallem die Angebote und Coupons echt klasse ! Das ist es ja auch was Lockt trotz des Mangelnden Services.

There is absolutely no reason to buy from these people if you are in the US. It has been almost a month since I have placed an order for $81.00 and I am still waiting. Never ordering from them again after this transaction.
