Was worth waiting on the specific model I wanted.. exactly how it's explained online. I went with a refurbished venty and very happy with my purchase. Even saved a few pounds in the process.. delivery was exactly how it was explained when ordering. Just 2 days as I live in Belfast. Thanks again

I purchased a refurbished Crafty+ and when it arrived I opened the box and although it condition was Very Good, I was surprised that it looked brand new. I opened the top and again spotless, I checked the app and it showed that the vaporiser had only been used about 2.5 hours, so almost brand new. I opened the cooling chamber and was quite shocked to find that had not been cleaned and was full of residue. Not a problem I just cleaned it in IPA, And all was good, I did inform support who did apologise and said the refurbished units are cleaned before being re sold and said this must have been missed. Overall very pleased with the unit and the quick response from support, but had to take 1 star away as I really think checking the item has been cleaned should be double checked, but considering the fact the unit did not look as if it had been used, I can see how it was missed.
