Didn't receive my vape with my FedEx package, just a bunch of random junk (e.g. sticker, silicone case, etc). The case was especially a slap in the face, since I don't even have a vape to put it on.... Ver mais

I got charged sales tax on an item as…

I got charged sales tax on an item as an FL resident and the item ships 3 days later from CA?

Hello Kevin,

Thanks for your recent order with us.

We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience.

By law we are required to charge sales tax in any state that we operate in, in this case since we have a warehouse in Jacksonville, Florida you were charged sales tax on your order. Most of the time, we ship out orders going to Florida from that particular warehouse to make sure they arrive as quickly as possible.

However, in this case we were unable to do so due to this particular item being out of stock there which is why it was shipped from our California warehouse instead.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Extremely quick delivery. Honestly, between their reviews and wide variety of products, VaporNation will be my go to for vaporizers from now on.

I needed all kinds of security codes for my purchase my license,the last four of my social security to verify my information,then a picture of my license,then a picture of me with my license,then somehow I was put on the chat line when I was trying to make the purchase all because I couldn’t remember my security code when I first did business with vapor nation...

I paid extra for 2nd day delivery, and still no order 5 days later.

I paid $11extra for 2nd day delivery. That was on 2/20. I still haven't received my order 4 days later. I also haven't received an order conformation or an email with shipping tracking status.

Update: Thank you for you response. I appreciate it and the shipping refund.

We're sorry to hear about the delayed shipment. Upon checking the tracking information, it appears that the delay was actually on the carriers end and not ours, also, it looks like the package was finally delivered today.

We definitely understand how frustrating it may be to pay for a service and to not receive it.

First time shopping

I have not received it yet but in my country I will use a vaporizer to smoke the cigarette leaves. However, since there are only a few types that are sold, I will use this from now on.
