I just wanted to write a review to say how well we were looked after yesterday when we came in to buy an Eternity Ring , Unfortunately I can't remember the gentleman's name, he was so helpful not pushy at all which alot of Jewellery shops assistants are, this is why we will be coming back to look at more Jewellery very soon, I wish I could remember his name, he had only been working there a month and is getting married himself on his birthday , you know who you are thank you so much !

Vashi make shopping for jewellery pleasant

Shopping for jewellery is hard. There's an enormous range of styles and prices and I always feel a little intimidated going through the process.

I didn't feel that way with Vashi; they were warm, welcoming, and very helpful. Henna helped me choose the perfect gift by first showing me some options in the shop, and then going out of her way to have other options brought to the store so I could see them and choose in person. Just excellent service.

Beyond the service, I'm also very happy with the product. I found the perfect style that completely suits the recipient, who's also extremely happy with the gift.

I'm confident I'll be shopping at Vashi again.

Emmanuel was super helpful

Emmanuel was super helpful, knowledgeable and personable. Felt like a family run business but with the quality of a premium diamond supplier. We brought our 4 month old baby and they were very accommodating! Would recommend to anyone getting married

We chose Vashi for our engagement ring…

We chose Vashi after visiting several jewellers and struggling to find the type of ring we wanted in yellow gold in our budget.
We were received by Delma at Vashi Westfields and it was a lovely experience. Unfortunately, the stock of bands was low so there was not many rings to see but Delma did have just enough that we could still make a choice that day.
I particularly liked Delma’s style as she made us feel welcome, talked us through the options but also stepped away to allow us to discuss our thoughts. We never felt rushed into making a purchase.

Kristina always goes above and beyond to ensure I get the exact jewellery I have imagined. From initial design to delivery every step is as smooth as can be. Vashi Canary Wharf went above and…

Vashi Canary Wharf went above and beyond to meet the expectations of my partner and I's engagement ring shopping experience. Philip was superb and explained everything there was to know about engagement rings and diamond quality to two people wholly unfamiliar with the process. He never pushed us to purchase something more expensive than what we desired and tailored the ring perfectly to meet my partner's tastes.

He showed us multiple diamonds and explained the differences between cut, colour, and carat. I'm certain that if we had chosen not to visit Vashi and speak to Philip then we would have ended up with a ring that we were ultimately dissatisfied with. Instead, we've ended up with the perfect engagement ring.

Can't recommend highly enough

I was the lucky recipient of an engagement ring from Vashi, which is absolutely stunning. The quality is beautiful and I couldn't be happier with it. What really stands out from the brand though, is the service I received when I needed the ring to be resized. I had Aneta assisting all along and she was absolutely fantastic. I didn't have to wait long at all for a reply to any enquiry I sent, and every reply I got was so friendly and helpful - I felt so valued. It was so easy to arrange to go to one of the branches while I was nearby and I was booked in straight away for the time I requested on the day. The ring was resized faster than initially quoted as I was hoping to have it back for a particular event. Vashi made sure this was possible and came through on every promise they made.
I will absolutely be going back to the brand in future - not only for the beautiful jewellery but for the amazing customer service.

Engagement ring

After seeing a ring we liked online we went to the shop to have a look in person. The shop itself is amazing and very welcoming. We were assisted by Emmanuel, who was very kind and helpful in answering all our questions, making sure we selected the right size ring depending on the material and taking us through the purchasing process.
Overall we have been extremely happy with the whole experience!

Supportive, helpful and skilled

I had an unlucky experience with PayPal where funds were held in a mysterious escrow for a few weeks. Vashi still went ahead with production of my piece despite that and were very responsive, encouraging and helpful throughout. Laura and team really go out of their way to make sure you are kept updated and when they say they’ll get back to you by x date with an update they actually mean it.

The piece itself is wonderful. Sparkles for days. They followed up to make sure it had been well received and it definitely had been!

Highest quality of customer care

I can't fault Vashi's Covent Garden store for their high quality of customer service particularly Louis who personally looked after me so well on a number of visits to the store.

My new bespoke wedding ring is fantastic and the whole experience was special. Will definitely be recommending Vashi's to friends looking for special bespoke jewellery.

Vashi have been amazing

Vashi have been amazing, which is great as i was a little nervous to do this all online. The ring was beautiful and they got it to me quicker than their standard terms due to my plans for a surprise engagement. They kept me fully informed and their customer service was first class. Beautiful Engagement Ring and Great Customer Service

My fiancée and I really enjoyed the diamond ring design process at Vashi Covent Garden. Roberta provided an excellent customer service while offering us a variety of stones to choose from and patiently explained all of diamond features and parameters. How to buy your perfect ring

Anello in oro

Ho fatto realizzare il mio anello in oro con stemma di famiglia, nonostante la distanza ( Italia Londra ) grazie al team super preparato e cordiale è andato tutto perfettamente, dal disegno del progetto alla realizzazione dello stesso, mi hanno inviato anche un modello in resina per verificare la giusta grandezza e dimensione, che dire davvero un servizio incredibile! Grazie a Paolo Brunicardi che con la sua maestria ha inciso ogni piccolo dettaglio in maniera incredibile, grazie sashi ! Davvero consigliato

Great service from Ashley at Vashi...

With so many shops in Westfield it can be hard to make a decision when out to buy something. Me and my partner were looking for his wedding band and had been to quite a few shops in all honesty. We then walked into Vashi for the first time and was just amazed with how friendly, approachable and personable Ashley was. He offered us coffees and made us feel extremely comfortable, relaxed and welcome. Not only was the service amazing but he also got the ring engraved for us and dispatched to our home which just made the process so easy and with such peace of mind. Will definitely be returning to Vashi and Ashley for more jewellery in the future :)
