Fantastic customer service. I ordered the wrong size cycling jersey and asked if I could exchange for another size. Without hesitation and very quickly they responded and said yes. They also said there was only one left in the size I wanted (I had seen that for myself online) and that they would take it out of stock until my return was received.
The jersey is great quality too, very well made, looks good and feels good.
All this excellent service and I had only purchased a single sale item. Vatt, you are awesome!

Fantastic customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong size cycling jersey, so I contacted Vatt. They immediately agreed that I could return it for an exchange, which I did and I'm now looking forward to receiving my new jersey.

So after a good few weeks of riding in the new Vatt winter jacket I thought it was time to leave a review!

Boy oh boy this jacket does not disappoint, from the moment you get the jacket out of the packaging you can feel the quality. Having said that we have all had kit in the past that looks great but the performance is not there! Not so with this jacket, so some words to sum it up when riding. “Warm” used it in temperatures from -5 to +7 and it was awesome, I just adjusted the base layer for the conditions. “Windproof” no chills coming through any part of the jacket. “Breathable” big tick here!

So ultimate winter jacket? I recon so! And then at the price it’s a winner and as for that Purple colour! What’s not to love.

Quick delivery,good communication and most of all very pro looking fitting top (love the sleeves) looked great on fab green colour!

Jersey was in a sale so price was good.
Sizing is way of. Model in picture is very similar to me & they suggested a small. I went with medium & that was far to small. Exchange was quick & easy apart from no refund on return postage which I think is pretty unreasonable as their sizing is probably a size down.

2nd order in as many weeks. So happy with the personal service and amazing quality garments. Looking forward to next years colours. New favourite clothing retailer 😀

Summersale men's nord rust thermal winter cycling jacket, haven't worn it yet as just received in 38 degrees celsius heat! Came beautifully wrapped and feels great on but beware they are a very snug race fit, i am 178cm tall and 60kg and the medium fits me tight. The colour and design are very attractive good back pockets with small zipped pocket on the middle one, handy for bankcards etc. The only slight criticism i have is that the neckline is just overlocked and not taped which even on cheap clothing it is often taped to stop unravelling. Looking forward to wearing it in the colder weather, recommended.

Have been wanting to order a Vatt jersey for a while, and I have not been left disappointed. First of all the packaging. Wow looks amazing then you pull the jersey out and it’s double wow. Great looking and great feeling material. It looks good on to. Vatts customer service is second to none to. Very quick with replies and very personal. Will definitely be back. And it’s a local Yorkshire company…

Cracking clothing, fast delivery, first class service

I ordered a winter bib tight (medium), a bib short (large) and a summer jersey (medium). I am 177cm, 72kgs. The fit is excellent. The medium is a race fit and the large is a little more relaxed. The quality of the garments is top notch - up there with the usual premium brands - and the delivery was super speedy... it came a day earlier than I expected. Tempted to order the winter jacket too.

Purchased a Nord winter jacket. The fabric design (black/grey) is gorgeous in the sun light and fit is superb (very slim and aero - although layering up will not be an option). Some nice details like the secure weather proof zip pocket. Warmth wise - an 8/10, I tested it in -1 degrees with a strong wind chill and I was just warm enough with 1 base layer. Well worth the money.
