When I got there it was beautifully presented and such a nice welcoming team. Nic's manner immediately puts you at ease and her understanding of your medical, aesthetic, and emotional needs are outstanding. Her product knowledge and the way she has of explaining why things are done in a certain way gives you absolute confidence that you are in great hands. Customer service was amazing, the lady on the phone was so warm and welcoming.

However the product i use and was provided are the only reason this is a 1 star review, the product was a hernia belt, it did not work in the slightest and with a parastomal hernia it is important for me to have that comforting yet safe fit. The belt kept slipping down even at its tightest, and it was incredibly small in width so It didn't actually support my hernia in that respect either.
