Vcbremovals Avaliações

We recently moved from a house to a bungalow. Chris was very approachable and answered all our questions fully and respectfully. No worry was too small. The team worked very hard and were all friendly, cheerful all day. They were careful with our belongings and made the whole experience as easy as possible. I already recommended Chris and his team to other people I know and am happy to recommend them to anyone.

We used VCB removals on two occasions to assist with a probate house clearance. This required taking items to storage & the tip. It was a difficult situation but Chris & his team were understanding, friendly and helpful throughout. They were careful when looking for important personal items. Chris documented items, creating an inventory as they went. He went over and above liaising with our solicitors, posting the storage set of keys to us when we realised they could be left at the site. He spent time beforehand advising us on most suitable storage sizing needed. I was feeling overwhelmed with the size of the job that needed to be undertaken, VCB took that weight off my shoulders. I couldn’t have done it without them. A genuine, hardworking, honest chap who will get the job done.

VCB Removals exceeded our expectations. They arrived on time; brought all the tools they needed to dismantle and reassemble a large bed with drawers; moved the furniture without making any fuss or damage; were polite, honest and friendly; and charged a very fair price. I would highly recommend them for furniture moving and removals.
