The initial webchat was excellent with all questions answered more than satisfactorily, booking online was easy (and I did this during the webchat), and everything after that just ticked along without any problems at all. The price was very competitive. The final report came with the offer of a quote for the electrician's recommendations and a reminder for recertification in 4 year's time. Highly recommended for landlords.

Truly excellent service from the VCO…
Truly excellent service from the VCO Electrical Services team. I used them for an EICR report and to remediate two C2 codes by replacing the whole fusebox. Dan was quick to reply to emails and provide very competitive quotes; Alan was punctual and did a thoroughly professional job; and payment was very simple to complete online. Great experience all round and highly recommended - I shall be using them for all electrical jobs in future!

I have had 7 EICRSs and remedials together with a full rewire.
They always kept to their estimates
They were very punctual and courteous and respected all current health guidelines.
