Buyers Beware
This company reeks of fraud. They locked me into a subscription that is taking way too long to get out of. A month ago, I asked to have the subscription canceled. They claimed to take care of that for me and now at 4am yesterday morning, I see that my credit card has been charged for the next order. NO reminder email that most *ethical* companies would send so you have time to make edits before shipping. NO email confirmation when the order went through. The only way I found out was because I happened to be awake in the middle of the night, looking at my balance. SO sketchy to sneak the charge on there like that. I called them as soon as they were available that morning and of course by then, the item had 'shipped' and they couldn't do anything about it. I'm sure they always 'ship' at 4am specifically for that reason. Even though the tracking shows nothing has shipped yet. In my experience it takes a good 10 days-2 weeks to get anything from them so I highly doubt they're moving that quickly all of a sudden yesterday at the crack of dawn.
They kept insisting that they sent a confirmation email but I use this email address SOLELY for the 6 subscriptions I've ever had so it's pretty easy to keep track of the spam folder. I PROMISE you I received no email. If I had, would I be in this situation?
When I asked them why they didn't cancel the subscription weeks ago like they said they would, they told me there was no record of that interaction on their end. How convenient. This time, after multiple emails of asking, I hope I finally convinced them to let me cancel for real🙄 Next step is having my CC step in.
The experience has been SO scammy and gross. So now I have to wait to receive a package I didn't order so I can send it back for a partial refund. Judging by the classy way they operate, I highly doubt I'll ever see that money again😡
Based on dozens of other reviews, they pull this same predatory scam on a LOT of people. Google Vegamour lawsuits and see what comes up.
Would not recommend buying from these con-artists unless you like being tricked, losing money, paying for water in a glass jar, being talked down to rudely by incompetent staff, or all of the above.

I ALREADY reached out to a supervisor, who was just as unapologetic, dishonest and incompetent as every single other person I've had to suffer dealing with in your company. And she had NO authority to actually help. You stole money from me and lied to cover it up. Pretending you will offer a shred of help because you know others will read your comment is an insult to me and anyone else with a brain in their head👎🏻👎🏻🗑😡
**UPDATE** I decided to reach out one more time after they assured me in the response below that they would help fix this problem. Big shock- they never responded🙄

My reason for removing one star this time is my slight disappointment in Company policy....I was under the impression that reward points could be applied towards ANY product the subscriber chose. This last time, I was very much in need of more dry shampoo, and was told I could not apply my points towards it. I've had to go without for the time being, and have ordered a less expensive brand (with goos reviews) off Amazon to use until my budget permits returning to Vegamour. Thanks for your time. :)

Aside from the products arriving quickly, it appears the Vegamour Product is beginning to work rather quickly, I have began using the Vegamour Gro Advanced Serum Pen, the hairs are appear to be filling in almost immediately. I have been using the Shampoo before making the purchase and will purchasing more of Vegamour Products.

When my hair first started drastically…
When my hair first started drastically thinning in the back of my head I was mortified. I searched products. I decided for whatever reason to try Vegamour.
It's been over 6 months. I'm not completely out of the woods yet but as far as I'm concerned I am. I will not stop using Vegamour. I would recommend Vegamour and have to many of my friends and family.

works better when combined in a hair…
works better when combined in a hair care routine as hair growth is complex and not a single method alone is enough when you get thinning hair.
for me, what worked was daily scalp massage for at least 10 minutes all over the scalp and back of head (neck area), used vegamour 1-2 times a week, and then taoist soap 2x a week, collagen supplement 2x a day (bovine type), and taking nettle tea 1x a day to help support indirectly.
you should already have enough exercise daily in your routine to keep circulation good. if you don't then above won't help as much. for me its 1 hour walking a day. i do fast paced walk, with slow, mixed.
That above is a start, vegamour on its own, will not do much, but it does support slightly. at the end, they are a business, the main goal is money, not curing or resolving. And even if anything can cure, natural companies arent allowed to say so.
Shipping was fast when i ordered. packaging is great. kind of does what its meant to, but i wish companies wrote more about how hair growth is a routine based thing, not just 1 method fix.
