I had an issue with the first set of items that I ordered. I let them know my issue and it was quickly resolved. All is well now, great customer sevice.

Shopping was quick and accurate. It was a gift. it is dead of winter so I don’t know how it will work but the recipient is very happy.

You need to replace the foreign made. Anchors with American made. You can not find the 25/64 hammer drill.. I used American made anchors and 3/8 drill

I appreciated the call from customer service to inform me the color option I ordered was over sold and Vego would send me any other color instead. It was outstanding service. I am a customer for life!

Bought the rolling planters to start a patio garden. Fairly easy to put together although it took longer than expected. Impressed by how sturdy and nice looking they are.

Delivery on time, easy to maneuver the site.. Put one product together easy instructions.. My only complaint is one panel had a pretty good scratch on it but not worth the aggravation of sending back it is a Christmas gift. Can't wait to use it!! Thank you!

I just finished unboxing and attaching the frame to my 3x5 vego beds. Alls parts were clearly labeled with instructions how to assemble. Assembly was done quickly and with ease.

Excellent customer service when I inquired about delayed shipping. Prompt and kind response with follow up information quickly provided. Once the planters arrived everything was is top condition. Classic raised beds were a dream to put together. I ordered 6 of the 10-in-1 and found the instructions very clear. Highly recommend a power screw driver to significantly reduce assembly time. I used a manual screw driver for 2 beds which was easy but ended up adding an extra 10 minutes per bed. Powered screwdriver made it much faster for the last 4 beds.

Easy to set up and beautiful. I haven’t seen any other company that offers the 32” size, I saved grass clippings and scraps for a whole year to fill the more than half way. I also planted a privacy fence so I had fill soil to mix in and the beds are now prepped for planting next spring. I love that I won’t have to bend over much while gardening 🧑‍🌾
