As per the other reviews on this site from people needing refunds, this company will go radio silent once you need a refund! I've called and emailed, I've completed the forms online, and heard nothing. It's now been 3 weeks. I'm going to post it back to the address listed here on TrustPilot and hope for the best?!

Second time ordering from this company, first time no issues hence returning customer. Sadly won’t be using again - need to return an item (as my consumer rights) but impossible to get any communication with company! Left several voicemails - sent emails - completed their online returns form - nothing! Feels like if there is any issues with the item then tough, you won’t be getting any refunds! Huge infringement on customer rights. AVOID or buy at your peril…

Highly recommend this company from start to finish help me through out.

Fantastic experience. Panicking on The weekend to get these light lens ready for the working week and received on Tuesday. Packaging and product fantastic. Low quality part.ordered a wheel arch very poor quality item arrived,put a return request through their website it’s been two weeks not response, called them on the number provided in their website multiple times no one answers. Stay away from this scammers.

Fantastic company and service. I was looking for a particular light for my Mercedes A class rear passenger side and when I ordered luckily they double checked the light connectors with me before dispatching. It turned I had ordered a different variation of the light model. The customer service was fantastic and they sourced the correct version of the light and dispatched it super fast!!! Couldn't be happier!

Phenomenal! Don’t think I’ve ever written that in a review before. I just hit a pole in a blind spot. Pulled over logged in and in less than 2 mins I had my order confirmed as the correct part paid and dispatched. These folks need to give training to other companies. Looked through about 8 other websites and gave up. Clicked these guys and put reg no in searched the part got a link to a what’s app chat to confirm since I’m a woman lol I was ordering the correct part. Instant reply… order placed… instant reply confirmation email and pdf invoice. What a service Amanda oh and it was the cheapest by far!!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this was a very bad experience for me. I ordered a bonnet, bumper reinforcement, and bumper for a Kia Sportage 2024 on 30 March 2026. I received the bumper and bumper reinforcement, but the reinforcement was of low quality and did not match my car—even though I provided my VIN number before ordering for verification.
It has now been almost two weeks, and I still haven’t received the bonnet. This has been a complete waste of my time and money.
Avoid at all costs

On 17th March I ordered a Citroen relay door mirror cover, the customer Service and advice through What’s App messaging to source the correct back was amazing.
Delivery was super fast!
Unfortunately the part didn’t fit, I contacted the company through What’s App and have tried repeatedly since 23rd March to contact them, phoning and emailing so far I have had NO response from the company
So disappointing

I ordered the bonnet from the website after confirming with the one of the employees saying it was next day delivery it has been 4 days still haven't received the delivery and they stopped replying to the messages I am sending. Making false promises can lead to loss as now the customer is complaining and asking for his money back. It gives me both reputational damage and financal damage
