Good until it isn't
I ordered a pet Fountain from them about 2 years ago. Recently it started getting noisy and it's really spitting out water past the edge of the basin. I wrote an email to the company because I thought maybe they would have some suggestions on how to fix the issue or what might be going on. It's been a week and I still haven't heard anything. I tried calling the number on the website and it's an invalid number that just keeps asking for my phone number and telling me that my phone number isn't correct. I would give better review if they had better customer service. It's a very sturdy item so I don't want to throw it away when it works, just not like it's supposed to. I also don't want to spend the money on a new one when I have a perfectly good item in my home that just needs adjusting of some sort.
