I can’t find out how to return my orders of way too small order of linen men’s shirts although I ordered X-Large. How can you contact them?

As the other reviews have said, this is false advertising using the Nordstrom name on clearly inferior products. Cheap material, bad sizing, long wait for delivery.
I would give it NO stars if that were an option

The ad has "Nordstrom" at the top, but this is not Nordstroms, the products are not Nordstrom quality... one look at the photoshopped items and I knew if I bought ANYTHING it would be cheap polyester printed-not-woven and difficult to return. Idk how they get away with this.

Beware--Deceptive and fraudulent. "Nordstrom" is prominently displayed across their ad. Ad says dress is cotton and linen. It is polyester. Will never do business with them again.

The dress I ordered is lovely, well made, fits me great, color perhaps slightly darker, but that was said when I purchased it. “color may vary slightly “
I was able to track my order. Takes time but worth the wait. Thinking about ordering more clothing items.

I have been trying to return a recent purchase and it’s been crickets from customer service! So much for the 30 money back guarantee! This company is a bait and switch deal! They flash Nordstrom all over their ad! Don’t buy anything from them!

I was sent a dress that barely resembled the dress I thought I ordered. It was definitely a bait and switch type of strategy. The information given was a cotton and linen dress, but I got a cheap polyster dress. I would never wear this dress. Such a scam!! I wrote them immediately to tell them I would not keep this and expected a refund. They told me to send them 3 pieces of information which I sent immediately. I have not heard back.

It is not even close to what the picture looked like. It looks like scrubs. Totally a different fabric! Wish I could post a photo!

This company is a fraud! Don’t buy anything from them! I ordered almost $100 of clothes and they sent me hugely oversized tops and wouldn’t send me the proper items without my $20 to send back the mistaken order which is their fault not mine I don’t work in your shipping company! Rude and unprofessional behavior of customer service!

I ordered what was described as a white cotton and linen dress but what I received was a yellow knit dress with the trim printed on. A total rip off. Substandard quality.

Oops. I think i have been scammed out of about $100. I guess there is no recourse?

I would have to say this site should be shut down. Items are not nearly as nice as shown. The fabric is a picture of the print printed on very poor quality fabric.

Quality of clothing very sub par. I laughed when I opened it. Your ad makes you believe it’s a Nordstrom product. The quality isn’t even Dollar store quality.

Do not order from this company. False advertising. Advertising under the name Nordstrum’s

I ordered two quilted table runners from this company. What I received was not quilted and very poor quality. One of the table runners was so blurry that it was hard to tell what it was supposed to be a picture of. When I contacted the company and sent photos as requested they said the quality is fine and that I should donate them and they would give me 15% off a new item. Problem is I would never order from this company again. They said to return the item I would have to pay shipping which would cost $20 and would take a month for them to receive them. I told them I wanted to return them and asked for the address to return them to (which has not been provided yet).

Identity theft. This outfit brazenly claims its association with a larger well-known brand. Doesn’t even try to disguise its hijacking. I wouldn’t even try to order from such a sleazy operation.

I bought the purple stand up collar applique shirt. When I received it, first hint of deception, no info on how to return. It was a thick polyester mix fabric with the pattern printed on it. NOTHING, like the item pictured. Purely misleading and sale of fake merchandise. It was so ugly and disgusting I threw it away. Could find no way to return it.
