Great Coffeemachine-Seller
I’ve had a great experience with Vellutto and its friendly owner, Amro. While searching for a trustworthy dealer to buy my Wendougee Data S, I came across Vellutto. Since the company has only been around since last year, there weren’t any reviews online yet. However, I was able to have a video call with Amro personally; he showed me his own machine and gave me excellent advice from start to finish. Shipping was very fast. FedEx did experience a few days’ delay (which wouldn’t have been a big deal), but Amro actively worked to get to the bottom of the cause of the delay. Shortly after, the machine was delivered to me perfectly packaged. Amro then provided excellent support again to help me get the machine up and running. Thank you so much, Amro and Vellutto. The machine is amazing!

Amro is the man!
Guys, I have nothing but praise for Vellutto, and especially for Amro.
Quick backstory: I was very skeptical at first because buying a new espresso machine was a big purchase for me. I had wanted the Wendougee Data S for quite some time, but I found many different prices all over the internet.
Amro was very supportive throughout the whole process. We had a quick call, and my doubts were gone. This guy truly loves coffee and wants to bring the best quality products to people.
We’ve had a bunch of calls since I received my machine in November ’25, and he has never failed to help me with any questions I had. Vellutto offers some of the best customer service I’ve experienced.
So if you’re in the market for a new machine, I can highly recommend buying it from Amro at Vellutto.

I was buying Wendougee coffee machine…
I was buying Wendougee coffee machine from Velutto.
Initially I was a bit sceptical because the provider is quite new. I asked for a video call and Amro immediately responded. We had a very nice chat and I ordered the machine. The guy is super passionate and knowledgeable about coffee culture.
The machine came to me in perfect condition, Amro was super responsive at every step, we had another video call for the step-by-step machine installation and calibration. He is very opened for any post-purchase direct communications.
Fast, friendly, helpful. That's a 5 star service.
