Shady tactics & junk products
This company is dishonest and sells cheap products that do not live up to their advertising. I purchased their Mildew Removal Spray, in part because of the "60-day money back guarantee". The bottle they sent was much smaller than the bottle in the image on their website. Plus, the product failed to live up to its billing.
I contacted them for a refund, per their policy. They gave me the runaround for weeks, requesting that I send product images. After that, they said I would have to return the product "unopened" to its country of origin, which is overseas. Shipping would be more than the refund. Their "60-day money back guarantee" is a misleading scam. They take forever to reply to email, and the product is junk.
