SCAM!!!

Don't replay to emails and they don’t and don’t give any order updates or send out orders.

They stated it would take 3-6 weeks it did take a little longer dew to quality control as they were good at replying to me through Instagram they replyed pretty quicky. I orderd one of the Nike jumpers it I orderd it 21st September and received it on the 22nd November all I have is good things to say yes it takes a while but you've got to remember there handcrafted and a small business. I did get a bit worried seeing what people were saying on there post but they always replyed to my dms and I couldn't be happier with my order .

Great quality, great products, and a diverse selection. I love this brand, I’ve had over 4 purchases from them over the past two years. Only small issue that I’ve eber faced was delay in shipping, which I can totally understand and will wait as long as I get what I’m asking for at the end. Their products quality are really nice, and they offer quite a range of unique items. the hoodies are VERY comfy. I’ve visited them today at Brick Lane, the owners were very sweet. Definitely coming back again and buying more in the future.

The item that arrived is not what is advertised as the quality online. The hoody is cheap and flimsy. It is clear they have bought a cheap mass produced hoodie, cut the original tag off (which can still be seen) and sewn in their own. The patchwork looks like the photo but the finish of it is frayed all along the bottom, again not as advertised on the website. To top it off, it is advertised as 3-5 weeks to receive the order, it took over 9 weeks. Customer service was shocking, the ignored my emails when I would request an update on my order given the delays and it was only when I took to a public platform did they bother to respond. To say I was disappointed to wait over 9 weeks to receive something that isn’t as advertised would be an understatement. I would not place an order here again and feel they have not fulfilled what is advertised. I will be contacting them directly to show them photos of the item I have received to question how they think this is okay.

Insane quality and the coolest most unique pieces. Absolutely obsessed with my hoodie and i will be buying again!!!!! HIGHLY recommend if cool and quirky pieces are your thing !!!! amazing

I ordered the most amazing full tapestry hoodie and it’s my favourite bit of clothing I own. To be honest I was worried at first as in the end it took 13 weeks to come but I emailed them throughout that time and they were very good at responding to me. It’s so worth the wait, I can’t stress that enough. I’m constantly asked where I got the hoodie from and I’m very happy to share their instagram, I do always warn people about the long wait but as I’ve already stated - I’d have waited even longer for it, it’s that good. 5 stars all round.

I ordered a Berserk-themed sweatshirt on October 6th, 2023. I was excited because it was meant to be a group gift for a friend who is obsessed with Berserk, and we were thrilled to have found such a perfect present.

However, things didn’t go as planned. At the time of purchase, the creation + delivery time specified was 3-5 weeks. However, I found out that it would have taken 3 months after contacting the company for an update. We were embarrassed and ended up with nothing to give him but a note saying, “Your gift will arrive at Christmas, we’re very sorry.”

But the situation got worse. The tracking information showed that the delivery was scheduled for Monday, December 11th, and the package was marked as "delivered." Since I hadn’t received anything, I wrote to ask for an explanation.

They only replied 1 month later, saying the package had been returned to them due to a failed delivery attempt and asked me to confirm my address so they could arrange another shipment. I responded immediately, but I never heard back. I've sent multiple emails since then, and now, 9 months later, I still haven’t received a response or a refund for the 192€ spent. I feel bad because all my friends keep asking for updates and wondering if they’ll get their money back. And of course everyone is very frustrated about having to find individual backup gifts months later!!

This has definitely been my worst online shopping experience ever. Do not buy from Vendetta, they clearly have no respect for their customers.

I absolutely love my handcrafted tapestry hoodie! It is so beautiful and can easily be named as my favorite hoodie that I own. They took their time with my piece and it really shows. I will be buying another piece from this brand soon! ♥️

It took a week longer than expected but was worth the wait

Imbarazzanti, ho pagato (tanto) per il prodotto a fine marzo, mi è arrivato ad inizio agosto (sul sito specificavano che essendo uno small business potevano impiegarci fino alle 5 settimane, non 19 come è stato!!!). Sono pure abbastanza convinta che mi abbiano mandato il prodotto solo dopo le mie ripetute mail inviate per mesi, alle quali inizialmente nemmeno rispondevano e poi si sono scusati dicendo "il servizio clienti era in down", questo perché il tracking del pacco tramite Royal Mail è stato fermo da "etichetta creata" (ma merce ancora non consegnata al vettore) a merce nelle mani del vettore da Aprile a Luglio. Inoltre quando effettivamente avevano spedito il pacco non si sono nemmeno degnati di comunicarmelo, mi è arrivato a casa e c'erano pure ulteriori 30€ di spese di dogana da pagare. La felpa è bella ma non vale i soldi spesi né tantomeno di finanziare questa azienda. Nel loro Instagram è pieno di commenti di persone che non hanno ricevuto la merce e non ottengono risposte ai reclami.

I think my scream corset from this company might be my most prized possession. I’m absolutely obsessed with everything about it. A few other reviews mention the time it takes for these to be made, but before buying it does state when these should be expected to be made, and they are super responsive on both email and social media so I had no problem waiting for it as it is made custom to what you order. I couldn’t recommend anything more than this and I can’t wait until I can afford to buy some more.
