It's a shame I'm having to write this, as I have ordered from Vendetta before. Their products are good but their customer service is unprofessional - when they do reply.

I placed an order for a tapestry hoodie in late November 2023, and it arrived early Jan of 2024. The lead time of 6 weeks is stated on the website, I was fine with this. When I received my order, I had been sent another customer's hoodie.
Emailed Vendetta, to receive a reply 8 days later apologising and stating my order had been delivered to another customer, and theirs to me. The solution given was for me to send the hoodie to the other customer, and attached at the bottom of the email was their full name home address - breach of GDPR, no?
Upon reflection I decided NOT to do this, as I did not know/trust the other customer. I replied to Vendetta and stated I was disappointed he had breached GDPR, as I assume my home address/details had been shared with the other customer, and that I would return the hoodie to Vendetta, for their customer service to arrange. I received no reply.
Five days later, I receive an email from the other customer, asking if we could arrange an exchange ourselves because Vendetta has been completely useless.
In the interim of receiving and ignoring my email, (as I have still not received a reply), the owner had replied to the other customer and further sent them my email address, despite my request for no further sharing of my information.
I have since reported this, as I have evidence of all the above taking place.
Luckily, the other customer seemed genuine, and we have resolved the issue ourselves, however the lack of remorse or solution to the breach of GDPR is disgusting, and the fact us customers had to sort a failing of Vendetta's is poor and unprofessional.

Vendetta are great if you get the right order. If not, be prepared to sort the issue yourself.
Will not be ordering from Vendetta Archive again.

Just recieved attack on the titan hoodie and was well worth the waiting time one of a kind my son was so happy a late Xmas gift really good quality and can’t buy anything like this in the shops 5 star :)

I ordered two items with them. First one absolutely great and the other one is falling apart. The tapestry was going off the first day. All the edges are ripping…. Such a shame as had a good experience. And of course because it’s made it takes a long time too

Ho ordinato una felpa da un mese, pagando pure quasi 30€ di spedizione, non è ancora arrivata, non ho ancora neanche un numero di tracciamento, ho provato a scrivere 3 volte via mail ed una volta via social (Instagram) e mi hanno ignorato completamente, a questo punto ne deduco che il sito sia completamente una truffa oppure che non abbiamo neanche un minimo di professionalità e di rispetto per i loro clienti, sinceramente ordino settimanalmente un sacco di pacchi da siti sempre diversi ed è la prima volta che mi capita una truffa del genere. Sconsiglio vivamente l’acquisto.

Awful communication. Ordered very start of November to be within delivery time for Christmas and still not received with no apology.

Incredible quality products that never disappoint. Waiting time for delivery can be a little long but is well worth the wait, these guys are great with communication and answered any of my queries when I had them. Big thankyou for delivering the goods yet again!!❤️

As a returning customer I was well aware of the longer period of receiving my order at this time of year.
I was worried I may not receive my daughter’s hoodie in time for Christmas however, with great communication and regular updates i felt informed and happy always.
Having received my order today I just want to thank the vendetta team for exceptional work as always. The detail is amazing, the quality and dedication that has gone into making this hoodie is incredible.
Thank you so much once again, my daughter will love it Christmas morning, will definitely order more items in the New year x

Absolutely amazing purchase, it does take a while to come but it is clearly stated on the website that it will so you are prepared, the quality is absolutely unreal and I highly recommend this business, I definitely will be purchasing again. Thank you

Ordered 3 weeks ago, no order confirmation, no reply from Instagram or email to my messages (but happy to take my money).
Trying to get a refund now but as merchant isn’t responding I can only do this through payment method.

DO NOT ORDER. Either a scam company or just horrendous customer service either way would not recommend at all.

Website advises 3-6 week wait, order took 11 weeks! Once order received wrong item was delivered and after paying to return after being promised right one would be sent with priority they then asvised a refund would be issued. Poor service, wouldn’t order again. Still also waiting for the refund 2 weeks after return received by them!

Love this brand so much there work truly is amazing I would buy all there clothing if I could, my saw shirt is my absolute fav so cute and amazing work, love this clothing line there work is perfection!!!!

Just received my order was worried about timing as it’s a gift for Christmas however they managed to get it here. I was aware that there is a waiting time as it’s all made order and locally made in the UK. Quality of the hoodies are outstanding. Especially the tapestry fabric! Can’t wait to see what my son thinks on Christmas Day!

Ordered my sweater and shirt in September….its now almost December. They keep saying “there was a seamstress sick and your item is ready for packaging and dispatch in a week” and they said that 3 times. I asked for a refund since they literally haven’t shipped it and they said NOPE no refunds. I have now emailed them telling them if they don’t ship it I am filing for a dispute with my credit card. They have stopped replying to my emails. They provided a “tracking number” and when I click on it , it says “waiting for sender to provide us with the parcel” it’s a BS company. I’m contacting my credit card and hoping I can get my 320$ Canadian back because this is bull.

J’ai acheté un pull vendetta archive en fin aout, je l’ai reçu en fin novembre… le pull est de mauvaise qualité pour mes 90 euros de dépensés. De plus je n’ai eu qu’un retour de mes mails 1 mois après l’envoi de ceux-ci ,envoyés pour savoir où en était ma commande et J’AI DU PAYER ENCORE 30 BALLES POUR LA DOUANE !!!! Je suis super déçu. N’achetez pas

Order arrived in time, even faster. But the customer service is reponding in about 24 hours. The main problem here is that I received the wrong order, size small instead of large, and wrong hoodie.

Mon copain m'a commandé un pull sur ce site pour mon anniversaire, et j'en suis ravie !!!! Le sweat est de bonne qualité (Nike) et la tapisserie incrustée dessus est incroyable ! L'envoi s'est fait sans aucun soucis, ils ont même été à l'écoute et m'ont vite répondu par mail lorsque je leur ai posé une question ! Je recommande les yeux fermés les pièces sont uniques et pleines de références, foncez !!!!

Bestellt am 28.08.23. Angabe der Lieferzeit: 3-5 Wochen. Nach Ablauf einiger Wochen zweimal per Mail nachgefragt, keine Antwort erhalten. Das sollte so nicht sein!

mein Geld wiederzubekommen, dann am 31.10. Email über Versand des Hoodies.

Am 13.11. dann in der Zollabfertigung in Deutschland angekommen, weiteres Warten, Ankunft am 25.11., dann noch fast 21 Euro Zollgebühren. Hoodie also der teuerste ever, aber sehr schön und sicher einzigartig im Ort, Kind glücklich über 2,5 Monate verspätestes Geburstagsgeschenk.

I personally didn’t purchase from the company I won a competition they hosted. The buisness communicated really well and when shipped out arrived within 4 days! Really good quality and exactly like the photo

Je ne savais pas à quoi m’attendre lorsque j’ai commandé la première fois sur ce site. Quelle a été ma surprise lorsque j’ai reçu mon premier sweat… la qualité est incroyable, certes le délai était d’un mois et demi mais préférez-vous un travail bâclé et être déçu du résultat ou patienter un peu et avoir une article de QUALITÉ ? Il ne faut pas oublier que c’est une entreprise qui débute, ils font au mieux pour respecter les délais et au vu de la qualité du produit, on ne peut que leur pardonner. Le personnel est très appliqué sur leurs produits et répondent assez rapidement aux mails. Je vais continuer de commander, depuis le temps que je cherchais un site qui proposent ce genre de produit personnalisé en ayant la qualité qui suit. Merci 🤝
