I purchased packaged shortbread for a tradeshow which didnt arrive on time. I requested to send the unopened package back, but this isnt permitted due to their own policy. Riduculous that I can't send an item back in the identical condition it was received.

Worst company I have ever used for ordering vending coffee

Tried 3 time they take over 5 days to process any orders and the delivery service apc overnight are an abysmal company as well

I’ve ordered from these guys several times in the past. Never had an issue. Always faster delivery than promised.

I bought Lavazza coffee beans 1kg bag, from Lavazza's distributor - Vending Superstore. Bag had no expire date on it; and it arrived ripped.

I discussed issue with L Walker @ Vending Superstore, very difficult and unhelpful person, expressed bad attitude, and disputed issues brought up to them.
Lavazza aren't any better, they refer me back to Vending Superstore to people who are unhelpful, despite it was them (Lavazza), who released coffee bags with no expiry date.
Both businesses can't see a problem, won't collect and won't replace coffee bag / won't refund it either. Shocking customer service. Keep away from them.

We buy Lavazza products at work, I will pass my comments across.
This experience will certainly have an impact on business and future decisions here, due to very poor customer service and lack of adequate level of aftersales customer support. Issue will now be getting passed to Trading Standards.

They advertise items for sale and take your money even when they dont have the item to sell instock then expect you to wait 3 weeks while they restock and they refused to send the rest of the order out while i waited for missing item, terrible customer service
Lesson learnt, check trust pilot reviews before you use a new company 60% 1 star reviews wow never seen a campany which has such poor rating

Reviews on here seem unfair, have used them a couple of times now and received excellent service. Orders always arrive well packed and in a couple of days. Spoke to a fantastic lady in the office who was able to help me out with a couple of product recommendations. Very easy to use website and certainly cheaper than some other places.

Made my first order for chocolate bar supplies at the weekend on standard free delivery. Now on day 5 which is when my order is to arrive I get informed that item out of stock and will now be sent on the following Monday 8 days later. So think I will cancel hole order and go else where. Poor service all round and seems a common problem by 71% of people which left review.

One star reviews are unfair. Have purchased from them more than once for large amounts of money. The first time I had a minor delivery niggle. Other than that prices and service great. This order for around £100 went without a hitch and the products are probably 30% cheaper than AMZN

I Purchased some UHT long life milk. It had leaked in the box, was mouldy and unusable. I contacted customer services, with photos. Alice Smith who took nine days to reply kindly advised me that no replacement was going to be sent as I should have checked the contents of delivery on arrival. I left them enclosed in the packaging trusting they would have been competently wrapped and I needed to take them to my B&B.

Very bad quality the description is different to item and you can't get a hold of customer service

Placed an order for two boxes of biscuits during August 26th, delivered in perfect condition at 08:22 next day.
Excellent service, this is my second order with them.

I wish I had read the reviews on Trustpilot before placing my order with Vending Superstore. This is the first and last time I will be using them for anything. I placed my order on Saturday 9th May – I didn’t get an e-mail order confirmation straight away, although given that it was a weekend and having just had a bank holiday, I wasn’t too concerned.
Monday arrived, still no order confirmation. I had to chase them on Tuesday for an order confirmation via their live chat on their website, as the e-mails weren’t being monitored and the phone lines were closed. Received the order confirmation, that also stated the order was being processed. I had no e-mail or correspondence from Vending Superstore since the confirmation, so I contacted them again (again via live chat) on Thursday 14th May just to have an update, I am then told that they are currently waiting for stock of one of the order items to arrive (when I placed the order – everything I ordered was in stock, according to the website.) The online chat agent ‘Harley’ then said she would e-mail to advise on an ETA for the out of stock item to arrive with them – I never received it. Getting more desperate, I also contacted them on Facebook Messenger, it is on here that some one told me that my order would be dispatched that night (Thursday) minus the out of stock item, that I will be refunded for and would be with me on Friday 15th.
I chased the delivery on Friday, to ensure it was going to arrive. Only to be told (surprise, surprise) the delivery has missed the courier and it was actually being dispatched on Friday and had been upgraded to a Saturday delivery for my inconvenience. I got the delivery address changed from my work address to my home address to make sure I received the delivery on Saturday. However, having looked more closely at the courier dispatch e-mail, it seems that the delivery hadn’t been placed on a Saturday delivery at all – but a next business day delivery on Monday!
I have now received my order more than a week after placing it, which after reading some reviews, isn’t that long a wait. However, it is the lack of communication on the part of Vending Superstore that has made me write this review more than anything - I have never had the kind of experience with any online order I have placed before. Lesson learnt though – always read the reviews before trying a new company.

I placed an order for two boxes of real crisps in January, firstly they over looked dispatching and then when l order did finally arrive both boxes were damp and the a extremely short expire date of March, two months. This wasn’t stated on the website. I contacted them many times at first they replied and they were going to check after which l had heard nothing at alll. Wouldn’t recommend at all to anyone, shocking service

Well, I'm the first reviewer - shame it has to be 1 Star - That's no way to run a successful business.

I normally use another online company who have always been perfect but I wanted to try a different product that they didn't stock.

Ordered from Vending Superstore early morning on 3rd October and paid £7.26 for next working day delivery. It's now the 7th October and my order is still not here. My clients have been without coffee for 3 days now!

No email to say it'll be late - nothing!

Lesson learned I suppose - back to my original supplier.
