Great service and beautiful product! Happy to endorse the important work this retailer does.

I purchased two items for my daughter in San Diego and one item to be sent to me in GA. Somehow all items were sent to GA. I contacted customer service and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

This is the third order from Venice Originals I have made and have been very pleased with the quality and artistic ability of the firms providing the products.

Second time I shop and I will continue. Awesome products and great client service.

The super efficient lady who works at the customer care service helped me to order 2 beautiful clutches from one of their artisans. Excellent service, speedy feedback, this site is a real GEM !

Grazie per la velocità di consegna e la qualità del prodotto.

Ce fut simplement parfait :) Rapide, super pro, rien à dire...Et super produit bien sur au final, je recommande!

I was looking for a mask and finally, I have placed an order on these beautiful notebooks. Top quality and unique design. I will come back for sometimes. Fast shipping and delivery. Thank you.

Very good service. Helpful and friendly. The mask is beautiful. It looks exactly like the one in the movie eyes wide shut. However I did not understand that the mask would be so small. It definitely does not suit an adult man but it suited my child who is 4 years old. It can be hung as an decoration on the wall.

Great, fast Service!

Great website with easy ordering. Very fast shipping from Italy to the U.S. I love the Murano glass bracelet and have received many compliments on it every time I wear it.

Very nice and distinctive product. Customer service follow-up - when I delayed in picking up the package from the UPS location I directed delivery to - was much appreciated.

I placed an order early last week, not certain when my 3 items could be delivered. To my delight and surprise, two were received in CT in a few days . When the third item did not arrive with the other two, I emailed veniceoriginal, and received an immediate reponse advising that this item was held up for by the Italian customs office for two days. So, all three items were instantly shipped and received within a week of entering the order - really exceptional service.

I purchased beautiful blank notebooks. They will inspire my creativity. The package was shipped to US and arrived at my door in less than a week.
I love the idea of bringing artisans together. I will continue to check the website for latest offerings, there are treasures to be discovered! So many unique items, perfect for gifts. I support the artisans. They are unmatched in their skill and craft.

Some really nice people to deal with here. Fast response and great customer service :) They also sent the package out the day after the order was made.

The crush of tourists hasn't completely eliminated the tradition of artisans in Venice, but they can be hard to find. "Venice Original" is a wonderful connector between these artisans and customers. I bought a wooden model gondola that is lovely.

Very helpful and committed to what they do for the companies they support
My contact Antonella could not have don more

livraison rapide et reçue en bon état, commande conforme, articles également en état. je commanderai à nouveau.

Venice Original is the premier site for discovering and supporting some of the greatest craftsmen and creators currently operating in Venice. With a collection of artisans ranging from glass blowers to leather toolers and mask makers to lace makers, if it's an art associated with Venice, Venice Original has some of the best of the best representatives.

It also helps that they have superlative customer assistance, fair price, and incredible shipping - I've made several purchases, and all crossed the Atlantic in record time with no damage - I wish that the United States Postal Service had such a great record.

I highly recommend Venice Originals and will be back for more soon.
