Sehr fragwürdige Preispolitik für Ersatzteile und Zubehör …
Wir haben uns vor 2 Jahren den Luftreiniger Venta AW 902 gekauft.
Mit dem Gerät sind wir sehr zufrieden.
Allerdings ist die Preispolitik für notwendiges Zubehör von Venta sehr fragwürdig... Der Hygiene-Disk muss alle 3 Monate ausgetauscht werden.
Letztes Jahr gab es die im 3er Pack für € 110,-
Nun ist der Verpackungsinhalt auf 2 Discs geschrumpft und der Preis bei € 110,- geblieben! Bei meiner telefonische Nachfrage wurde die Preisanpassung mit höhere Produktionskosten begründet.
Für mich ist es Gewinnmaximierung und als Kunde komme ich mich bei 33% Preisaufschlag betrogen vor.
Für mich ein Grund, die Disc nur noch halbjährlich zu wechseln und wenn die Kiste mal Kaputt geht, wird es definitiv kein Venta mehr geben.
Produktqualität mangelhaft - Dienstleistungen mangelhaft
Mein zweiter Venta. Der erste hielt immerhin 5 Jahre, der zweite nun nach exakt drei Jahren kaputt. Zuerst dachte ich, dass die Kupplung defekt ist. Also Kupplung gekauft. Es war nicht die Kupplung, der Motor ist kaputt. googelnd habe ich keinen Ersatzmotor finden können. Venta angeschrieben und meine Erfahrung mitgeteilt. Erhalte Angebot Motor für 145 zu kaufen. That’s it. Kein Bedauern, kein Verständnis, nichts. Nicht mal ob Preis inkl MwSt ist oder noch Porto hinzu kommt… Habe mich bedankt für Angebot und ironisch auch für die grossartige Reaktion auf eine Kundenreklamation. Antwort: nichts. Was für ein Saftladen!

Overcharged for replacement parts
My humidifier works great but I had a bad experience with customer service. After it stopped working after 2.5 years, I called and they said it would be $25 for a gear, $8 for a coupling, and $12 for shipping. They didn't send an invoice by email or in the package, and when I looked at my credit card bill, I was charged $65. I emailed to ask about it, and they said shipping for Canada is actually $32. I wrote back saying this was not fair and they should honour the price I was quoted, and didn't get a reply.
First, $32 USD is a way too high for two small plastic parts that fit in the palm of my hand. The actual shipping cost would be around $8-15. If your product breaks so quickly, you should not overcharge customers for the replacement parts shipping. Second, you need to tell customers the accurate price before you charge their credit card.
Shoddy, overpriced products
If you can tolerate frequent malfunctions, short useful life, lots of DIY maintenance, and costly replacement parts, you might like Venta humidifiers. I have been a customer for around 20 years and have seen a steady deterioration in quality and effectiveness. I currently own a Venta Professional model ($1300) and an LW 45 model ($300), neither of which are performing any humidification on a series of very cold, dry days. Customer service is spotty; they seldom if ever answer the phone anymore, so you must be prepared to contact them, sometimes repeatedly, by email. Recently, an L45 unit that I sent them for diagnostics and repair incurred considerable damage during the UPS packing process. UPS refused to consider reimbursing me for the damage unless Venta, its account holder, filled out a form, but Venta adamantly refused, merely saying “We don’t do that kind of thing.”
Slow slow slow
Vor 9 Tagen Desinfektionsmittel und Reiniger für den Venta Luftreiniger bestellt und bezahlt. Bislang keine Reaktion. Die Website zeigt die Bestellung immer noch als offen. Es scheint sehr gemächlich zu zugehen bei Venta. Ich würde nicht empfehlen, dort direkt zu bestellen.
Satisfied, not blown away
I was hoping for more humidity with the LW45 Comfort Plus. I went with the biggest unit because I have a wall of windows looking out into a courtyard in my NY apartment. There is some draftiness due to the windows but I thought the LW45 Comfort Plus would deliver more than enough humidity to compensate for that. The gauge barely breaks 32% in the living room where the unit is, but at least that is almost two times more humidity than I have without it. The bedroom, however, barely breaks 20% even with the doors open and having 18" of an opening all around the top of the room.
I'm satisfied but i'm not blown away, as I was hoping to be from the product claims and from the great reputation of the company.

Horrible, non-existent customer service
Horrible, non-existent customer service. I have never encountered anything like it. Purchased an LW45 and the motor went before warranty was up. They replaced it, no problem. Bought an LW15 for baby's room 6 months before baby's birth. We had the baby sleeping with us for the first 7 months and we were away the first winter. Started using the LW15 this fall and sure enough the motor failed the same way. Registered the warranty and they quickly, within minutes, emailed me to tell me that it expired (within the same month but I was past the day of purchase). I reached out again asking how I can replace the motor. Did not receive a response for weeks. Sent a message to general email and heard from original CSR shortly after. I was given a number to call to order the motor. I have, within the last 3+ weeks called probably over 50 times. Calls immediately go to VM stating that they are serving another customer (they are not... Because you can call 50 times and it always goes immediately to VM). I've left probably 4 or 5 VM now and they call back at random times... If you miss the call, they just leave you a VM to call back. If you have a job or a family, you'll need to take days off and sit by the phone to get something resolved. Otherwise, you will have thrown away hundreds of dollars and will not have anything to show for. The motors on both humidifiers failed and the customer service is the worst I've ever encountered. Do not buy anything from Venta Air.

Venta returned my humidifier quickly after I sent it in for cleaning 5 years after purchase. It looked like new! They said it had been exceptionally dirty and provided explicit instructions on how to do thorough regular maintenance. Sorry, Venta folks, I promise to do better because I love how well my humidifier works.

Air washer ok but no documentation
The new air washer works fine but I did not receive any documentation: no warranty information, not even a receipt or confirmation other than the delivery information
the last one we bought had a motor that died but I did not have documentation to apply for warranty repair, I would appreciate receiving full documentation on the new one purchased May 21 2024

Prompt call back, quality products available and shipped promptly
Best
Safe, clean operation, minimal to no mold build-up danger. Had an original Venta for ~15 years, it worked best of all. Current improvements unhelpful, inconvenient - e.g. lit operation buttons are intrusively polluting for night time sleep. Please produce a covering for it! Efficiency is no better than the original which required no compensation. Venta is absolutely straightforward to use. It's the best on the market.

I’ve used other types of room humidifiers, Venta is actually fulfills its job.
I’ve used other types of room humidifiers. They required filling a tank of awkward shape and then turning that tank over to fit it to the body of the machine. Water splashed onto the floor every time. Venta has an intelligent and ergonomic design. It’s wonderfully simple to use in every way. The designers are true designers. Thank you!

Easiest humidifier to use, works well, low maintenance costs, paper quick start guide needs more clarity, prompt customer service replies
The humidifier we purchased is the easiest to use, has the lowest effort to maintain, and has low maintenance costs. High quality and very happy that it is made in Germany. Compared to other humidifiers out there that require a tank to be filled upside down which then eventually leaks or spillage occurs or just plain awkward to put the tank back on, or the tanks are too small and must constantly refill, and also have to take apart many small parts to clean, this model and the smaller version have all of them beat by a mile. We do wish that the paper manual that comes with the unit was much clearer for set-up and maintenance, but there is a comprehensive online PDF manual that is much easier to understand, so we print out the pages as we need to make it easier for ourselves. We love this model so much that we just purchased the smaller model for our bedroom. Shipping was quick and when we had questions prior to purchase via email, customer service was prompt. Highly recommend.
