We were made to feel so welcome. Our photographer Hannah made our time very enjoyable and special. We were blown away by the pictures Hannah had taken. Cannot fault the 5* service by Loiuse, Hannah and Venture Photography studio Liverpool.

Really excited for the photoshoot for our newborn twins and toddler at such prestige studio, unfortunately was an immense letdown.
I had explicitly requested the focus to be on the twins, sibling pictures and family shots. My toddler pictures came out with better picture than the twins. The twin individual pictures were very random I.e. random babygrows that came in (we were told to dress them on arrival). As you aren’t shown any pictures as they are taken, you have no idea if you’re even happy with what’s being taken or what’s been taken or what else you’d like.
The range of pictures received at the end were so limited, they all looked more or less the same so choosing a couple was not easy not because I loved them all. The preview prior to coming in for the viewing was pretty crap, best word to describe. It was 20seconds long and the pictures did not exactly set a great tone for the viewing as I could see they weren’t great. Which I can compare to friends experience at the same period in a different venture studio down south who received 3minute preview with likely triple the amount of pictures.
We did end up purchasing for the sake of having the memory and missing that newborn window to get their picture taken elsewhere, a dear £500. I also needed to ask for basic touch ups to the picture such as my daughter snotty nose to be blurred/photoshopped. Small details you would have expected to be fixed for such an establishment.
They did try to rectify I.e throwing in extra pictures, offered an additional photoshoot after the first session as the twins did not get through the intended 3outfits and making requested changes.
Unfortunately this remains a bad experience and the regret sits heavy I didn’t manage to get nice newborn pictures of the twins at the time as I did with my toddler when she was newborn

From the moment we met Jess, we knew we were in the best hands. She was so friendly and inviting, with a warm, smiley face that instantly put us all at ease. Her passion for photography truly shines through in everything she does. She made my daughter feel like she was the most important person in the world, and somehow even managed to have my 3-month-old chuckling away — which is no small feat!
Jess really listened to our ideas and then ran with them, turning them into something even more beautiful than we could have imagined. She just got it. As a mum, you’re usually the one behind the camera, never in front of it — but she made me feel so special and included. She checked in with me throughout the session, which meant more than I can say and was genuinely heartwarming.
From the little sneak peek I caught while looking over her shoulder, I already know we’re going to have the hardest time choosing our favourites! We are so excited for our viewing next weekend.

We recently had a photo experience with Venture Studios and I honestly can’t praise the team enough.

From the moment our photographs were taken through to the viewing appointment, everything has been absolutely fabulous. The staff were friendly, welcoming and genuinely happy, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable.

Before our viewing appointment, the team even checked in with us, which was a lovely touch. When we arrived today we were a little early, but we were warmly welcomed and offered a drink while we waited.

Once we went into the viewing room, everything was clearly explained and any questions we had were answered. Then we were shown the video of our photographs… and I actually cried! Every single picture was amazing and I couldn’t believe how beautiful they all were. I honestly didn’t know how we were supposed to choose.

We were able to go through the photos and decide yes, no, and maybe, and there was absolutely no rushing. The whole process felt special and personal.

Thank you to everyone at Venture Studios for making the whole experience so memorable and emotional. You truly made it feel special from start to finish

Our experience at Venture was really great, I'd felt a bit overwhelmed about getting the whole family to the shoot and worrying about whether the kids would enjoy it or not. Once we arrived we were really looked after by the team and put at ease, we met with Amy our photographer who was brilliant with the kids and really got some stunning shots with them and made it fun for them. We all really enjoyed it!
When we came back for our viewing, Louise looked after us, it was quiet and personal and she gave us plenty of time to look at and organise our photos. She kept our four year old entertained for us when we were trying to make a decision. The photographs are beautiful.
Just a really lovely experience, I hope I get to do it again some time!

Venture picture was perfect from start to finish. I bought a voucher while visiting women’s hospital and the lovely lady was informative of what they did. Then after having my baby girl earlier then expected, I reached out to them to explain that my new born was almost 2 weeks old as we have been in hospital but would still like to have the new born shoot. Which they was happy to help with and gave me reassurance. We went to the shoot and it was such a calming experience from start to finish. We was given a break inbetween to feed our little girl as we was becoming hungry and they was the ones who offered to give us a break! Which calmed myself right down as I was so worried on how we would come across with the tears. The outcome was amazing and they even do a little move premier of your pictures which had myself n my partner crying throughout. We ended up purchasing a frame and also a photo book because the quality was so good. I will definitely return in the future once our little Winnie is older for her 1st birthday shoot.

Absolutely amazing

This was bought as a gift for myself and my partner for an early Christmas present. We attended Liverpool studio.

The session was to capture a snapshot of our first born son Arthur. From the get go the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

We had Hannah as our photographer and she was fantastic for the whole shoot. She asked for our input and guidance throughout the whole process which made it very relaxing. She was absolutely brilliant at capturing beautiful pictures of us all. She also dealt with Arthur in such a lovely personal way.

After our session we were sent away with all the information we needed to make a selection at home of what we wanted. This again made the process easy and we felt much more relaxed when deciding what package we wanted.

We then attended our session a few weeks later with Jess to view the images. Once again staff were amazing and Jess was so lovely with Arthur. It felt really personal and enjoyable. The viewing made us all teary eyed as they had captured really special moments. Jess then worked with us to help choose the package which best suited what we wanted. Again very knowledgeable and it felt very personal and professional experience.

We can’t thank the staff enough for what they have made for us. We would highly highly recommend the studio in Liverpool.

we had the most amazing photoshoot with our dog Milo at Venture studios. from booking in to the final viewing everything was perfect and easy to arrange. The girls who work there are so lovely and are really interested in capturing beautiful photos of your family x

Bought this as a gift for my dad and dog and we had the most amazing experience! All the photos turned out perfect and far better than what we expected!! Hannah did a fantastic job as capturing beautiful images of our dog, and worked wonderfully with her.

Fantastic experience on our new born shoot. Photographer (so sorry I forgot her name) was amazing with my 3 week old son. Felt relaxed the whole time, even when he got grouchy! On our return to view the photos again customer service was fantastic. The results were amazing cant wait to get the prints on my wall! Will definitely use Venture in the future.

Had a great time at the photoshoot. Friendly staff and viewing of the photos was really nice.

Took my daughter for a photo shoot with Amy. Amy made it so much fun, and my daughter absolutely loved it. When we went to view the pictures, I cried. I couldn’t believe how beautiful they were. Amy did amazing job, and I’ll definitely be going back with my other daughter.

We have been to Venture Liverpool twice in the last 18 months for both children and the family pictures have been amazing. Both Georgia and Amy were able to capture our family in natural stances as well as poses. We now have 2 portraits on our living room wall.

We came back for a second time and had a fantastic experience again with friendly helpful staff, there was really good communication and we felt what we wanted was listened to.
Louise was an amazing photographer and did another outstanding job capturing beautiful images of our children. She was so good with the little ones, very patient and she knew how to hold their attention when needed. We will definitely return again.

All the staff we came in to contact with were incredible. Hannah was our photographer and, being a very picky customer of, well, everything, I am over the moon with the work she did. I’m terrible with names so, I can’t remember the names of the other members of staff but, they all get the same credit Hannah does.

Very well done guys, you run that business perfectly, to a tee! We’re not local to Liverpool but we’ll never use another studio now

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ventures Studio and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The studio itself is well-equipped and thoughtfully designed, offering a comfortable and creative atmosphere.
The photographer,Hannah, was professional yet approachable, guiding me with clear direction while still encouraging natural expression. Her attention to detail—whether in posing, angles, or lighting—really elevated the final shots. I really appreciate her patience and ability to make me feel at ease, which shows in the authenticity of the
