Very prompt quote. Translation was done on schedule and was done very professionally. Overall I really liked the service but would have loved it if it were a little more affordable. As it was I ended up paying close to $100 for a one sided document which when I checked around was slightly above the average for similar services.

Price is good, but the attention to detail is lacking. Documents come back reformatted, or have words that are not translated. You get what you pay for, I suppose.

Employees come in all flavors so to comply with the new ACA notification, I needed a Spanish translation of our compliance notice. I did have to make a phone call after I sent my document and received a confirming email - More rapid notification of corrupted document would have made for less panic in timing of receiving the final document. They rushed the job and I was not charged the rush fee. We met out deadline!
