This may include examining craftsmanship, materials, weight, construction, hallmarks, engravings, serial formatting, stone settings and consistency with known brand specifications. We also clearly communicate the condition, accompanying documentation and any relevant history of each piece. Alongside our available collection, we provide a personalised sourcing service for clients searching for a specific jewellery or watch reference. Dear customers please do not purchase…

Dear customers please do not purchase Van Cleef & Arpels from this online retailer. They sell First class fake jewelry and use other websites pictures as disguise. I was about to be conned but I caught them in time. They emailed me pictures from another trusted online company and upon researching I found out the truth and I confronted veridian vows team then they made up other excuses. Save your time and money and don’t buy from these fraudsters.

We would like to clarify that no purchase or financial transaction took place in relation to this enquiry. Our correspondence involved answering questions, reviewing an offer and providing information and photographs relating to the piece under consideration.

We do, however, fully acknowledge that our communication during the latter stages of the enquiry fell below the standard we expect from our team. We were delayed in providing an important update while the item was undergoing further inspection, and we have taken responsibility for this and addressed the matter internally.

Every item must successfully complete our verification and multi-point inspection process before it is approved for sale or dispatch. If a piece does not meet our requirements, it is rejected.

We have since been back in contact with the customer to address her concerns directly and provide the clarity that should have been communicated sooner. We appreciate the opportunity to improve the experience and hope our continued communication demonstrates the level of transparency, care and customer service we aim to provide.

I recently purchased one of the Rolex watches from Veridian Vows and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From my initial enquiry through to receiving the watch, the customer service was excellent. Every question I had was answered quickly and professionally, and I never felt pressured at any stage.

The whole process was smooth, straightforward, and well communicated, which gave me confidence throughout. The watch arrived exactly as expected, was well packaged, and I’m really pleased with the quality.

Overall, I’d definitely recommend Veridian Vows to anyone looking for a professional, reliable service. Great communication, excellent customer support, and a seamless experience from start to finish. I’ll happily use them again in the future.
