I was on the fence about consolidating my debt. In a way I felt it would be dishonest. If I incurred the debt, I should pay it. However Raul explained to me that I had already paid more than what I owed and, if I didn't do something, I was going to continue to pay 1/2 of my pay each month to creditors. He patiently explained the program to me. He answered all my questions in a clear manner. I am grateful I spoke to Raul, because he and Verify gave me hope regarding my finances.

In not having a clue about how debt relief works I had l lots of questions. I talked to Jon who patiently answered each one in a clear, understandable way. I don't usually make reviews like this, this is probably my second in my lifetime. Although Brandon and I didn't come to terms due to my situation and viewpoint, he was very knowledgeable, personable, and understanding. Where I expected a scripted conversation throughout, he was able to relate himself and sought for the customer, which I believe many companies really lack and ignore.
Please give him a kudos, or place him higher. He deserves it truly.
