I love the desk! It looks very nice and is sturdy. Appreciate the multiple adjustment settings for raising and lowering the desk. Delivery was fast, packed very well. Went together with some help and instructions were decent. Also bought the matching, two-drawer locking cabinet. The lock only works on the bottom drawer, wish it did both. Otherwise, satisfied customer!

The worst experience with customer service. Website confusing as heck, unclear dimensions as to which side the return side is on their l shaped desk, asked for clarification multiple times and they still suggested the wrong orientation for my room, customer service needs better training, 7 emails later they realized their mistake and sent accurate diagrams. Anyways skip the headache and buy a better brand like desky

I have owned my Vernal standing desk and side cabinet for over a year now and I am beyond impressed with this brand. The quality and attractiveness of the materials were absolutely worth the investment in my home office. And their customer service is fantastic. Customer for life!

Absolutely love everything about the executive desk I purchased. The look the sturdiness and how smooth the motors are. I do however have to deduct one well, maybe 1/2 star due to the tray that comes with the 42 inch shelf.

Kind of strange, as the amount detail and thought that Vernal put into their products only to miss on the fact that pulling the metal tray out 3 inches causes it to literally fall to the desk. I was able to create my own workaround by 3D printing two narrow pieces on each side that goes directly above the trays sidearm using double sided tape to adhere it.

Like I said kind of strange they missed this but I am sure they will make a future adjustment down the road as I seen there are quite a few comments on this.

The story starts, I needed a Powered Standing L Shape desk, at a right price point and a creditable /reputable company. Vernal has the above credentials and pricing. Why you might ask, hum, I researched and researched and called customer service several times (Mohammed) whom guided me through the process. Placed the order, they kept me inform of the ordering and transit process until it arrived at home.

Open the boxes, lots of parts to put together, however it was fun, great step by step installation video, bear in mind it was a large L Shape Desk.

Now, about the creditable /reputable of Vernal.....
I had 2 minor problems, my desk shelve had a defect, plus not an issue with Vernal, but with FedEx, but, I had to mention to Vernal on a issues of the driver not wanting to deliver the packages to my doorstep, so at least they should be aware of the issue I had.

To my surprise, customer service (Mohammed) and Vernal Leadership compensated me for the defect on the shelve (Plus they Replace the shelve with a new one within a week) , in addition, plus they compensated me for the trouble with FedEx, imagined that, the meaning of creditable /reputable.

The whole process from order point to use of the finished product has been amazing! Shipment details were prompt and effective. Delivery was fast! Packaging was well designed and every piece was well protected. Build was relatively easy and instructions were written effectively. Overall finished product is sturdy, moves great and looks fantastic! The walnut finish looks really nice and has a warm feel to it. Sidebar OCD mention: Kudos for running the wood grain the same direction on all 3 pieces of the L-shape desk top!

The customer service is top notch. I had an issue with my one if my parts and the customer service rep resolved my issue immediately by sending me a replacement order.

Got everything in my order in a fairly timely manner and with minimal damage (the product was not pristine, but the damages were superficial and located in spots that were not prominent.

Ordered a new desk for my office and wanted the entire L-shape to raise and lower. This desk works perfectly! Very sturdy and the raising and lowering are really smooth. Would highly recommend this desk!

Was surprised with how fast they sent my order as i ordered it during Cyber Monday/Black Friday time frame and they mentioned both on the site and after ordering the desk that it will come in later than usual because of the high volume of orders, but got confirmation that they shipped out the desk in less than a day after ordering it.
Will say was surprised they shipped it thru 3 different packages and dates, but my only issue was one of the boxes did arrive damaged on the outside with the corner looking like it got ripped and the delivery driver left it on top an ant pile that developed on my front door randomly that day so while i waited the last of the parts, i had to remove it from the box and keep the legs else where.

Been over a month now since having it and i love it so much and has helped me out so much with my body aches from having to work on a desk all day and during leisure time.

Only issue i have been having that developed within the last week or two is that at time preset button 3 just wont activate or accept any inputs sometimes unless i first select 1 or 2 and the hit the third preset. Not sure what could be the issue, but thankfully they do provide a 15 year warranty which i love./

I love my new home office desk. It went together flawlessly. I must admit I was a little apprehensive buy a large purchase online but Vernal hit it out of the ball park

Customer service was fantastic. The build was easy and the desk works great.

Extremely quick shipment. Desk Assembly was easy. The side cabinet took more work. I ordered a couple of accessories too. However, another item was shipped in it's place. The box wasn't labelled properly and it got shipped to me. Their customer service was very quick to act and resolve the issue. Would highly recommend.

The desk took me about 40 minutes to put together, but I love the quality of the desk. I recently started working from home full time so I wanted to invest in a proper quality home office setup. And this desk was the perfect addition. I’m 5’7 so the standing height is very stable for me personally.

Over all a great product.
