Charlotte was our Audi member that we dealt with throughout the process of purchasing our Q4. Very professional and spent a good deal of time looking at the options best for us. She kept us up-to-date with information via telephone and email and nothing was too much trouble .

The sales person Felix is so brilliant to deal with, very knowledgeable and helpful. His manager Jack is also very good and between them they ensured that we had all the facts we needed throughout the purchasing process.
Felix has also supported us after each purchase if any issues arise which is very refreshing.

Amazing Experience from Start to Finish
I had a fantastic experience with Vert Motors, thanks to Charlotte. From start to finish she was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process.
Charlotte took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable every step of the way. Nothing ever felt rushed and her customer service was genuinely outstanding.

Seemless and stress free
I had seen an advert on Facebook directing you to cars for sale. By chance I saw an Audi Q3 that was for sale with Hereford Audi, I messaged my interest. From there I was contacted by Charlotte, sales representative. She was superb, fully understood my intent and seamlessly facilitated the purchase. Nothing was too much trouble and made sure the purchase of the car was stress free. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Hereford Audi and Charlotte.
