I have nothing but praise for James Sherris who was my Sales Adviser.From the day I purchased my Mini to the day of collection I was given first class help and advice.What an asset he is to the Company.

Outstanding customer service
We went to look at BMW’s not sure of what we wanted and for a browse. I would usually shy away from sales people talking to me as my previous experiences have been pushy to get a sale. Lauren made us feel so comfortable and with no pressure talked us through our options for the price we wanted to pay. Following us purchasing our new car, Lauren has been in touch and kept us updated every step of the way. We picked up our new car a few days ago and the experience of collecting it was second to none. She could not have done more to make sure it was perfect for ourselves and our very excited child, with her helping him unveil it and giving him a gift. Would highly recommend

Sam at Vertu Teeside BMW has been absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Buying a car from 200 miles away could have been stressful, but he made the whole process incredibly smooth and straightforward.
He was honest, transparent, and always available to answer any questions—nothing ever felt rushed or pushed. The communication throughout was excellent, and everything was exactly as described, which really builds trust when purchasing remotely.
The whole experience, from sales through to management and aftercare, has been first class. It’s rare to come across this level of service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sam and the team to anyone looking to buy a BMW.

After purchasing an SUV from BMW Vertu Teesside, I wanted to share how excellent the service was. Lee and Luke couldn’t do enough for me and my wife from start to finish. They were always polite, helpful, and easy to deal with both on the phone and in person.

Poor experience on a sales enquiry.
First time I made an enquiry for a used BMW at one of Vertu’s BMW dealerships, 4 days later still not received a video of the car, having been promised it number of times. Poor customer service. Meanwhile, have bought a BMW from Group 1 BMW, who were brilliant!
