From start to finish Chris was exceptionally helpful in making the process of purchasing a car as easy as possible. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole process went smoothly. He was thoroughly professional through out and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Chris.

About the car we wished to purchase

It was a pleasure to buy my new car in a part exchange from Vertu, Morpeth. The process was simple and each stage was explained clearly throughout by salesman, Paul. I love my new car and I would recommend this garage.

Had issues with the Coopies lane, Morpeth branch. Had issues with them years ago but thought about giving them another chance as I have just bought a new car. Issues still remain, however. They could not resolve two simple issues, one of which was a fault on the battery. Had it in twice to be told each time the same thing. They even refused point blank to do any other tests to find out what else the issue might be. Ford contacted them direct and asked them to do an additional test and they refused them too! Absolutely unacceptable. So we are left with a car now with a battery which is constantly not charging properly! It’s only a matter of time before we come back to completely flat battery!! Customer service was awful, spoken to as if we were inconveniencing them. Could not seem to get their heads round leaving a customer with a car that has faults is not acceptable. I would say avoid this garage at all costs.
