Genuinely friendly well run business
Genuinely friendly, helpful and efficient service: I bought a second-hand car from them.
They collected me from the train station, offered me champagne (only joking- it was a coffee) and within 30 mins I was on my way.
Sadly proper service is a luxury now so it was doubly appreciated.

Cannot fault the service. All elements of buying my new car were seamless. Brilliant customer service from Damion, while even though he was meant to be off work, still kept me updated throughout the process! Can’t fault this garage, loving the new car too.

After depositing for the Ford…
After initially depositing for the Ford Kuga, I found the Vertu team at Carlisle very professional and very thorough.
Their reps were helpful, proactive and very informative and the collection at point of sale to be very supportive of running through the contract, purchase and the completion of sale, to be very professional.

Couldn't be happier with my car and the service I received. Rachele was a superstar! Was so professional and friendly at the same time. She was so helpful and accommodating with every part of the process. Martin was also a pleasure to deal with, again professional and helpful with anything I asked for detail on. Rachele sat with me when I picked the car up for quite sometimes and showed the controls of the car in detail, which was great to be shown in such detail.
