My Dacia Duster
My Dacia Duster, bought new from Vertu Leicester and still under warranty, developed an electronic fault on 23rd March. I booked an appointment for repair but the earliest appointment was 8th June. It got worse and became undriveable on 27th April. They refused to repair it until 8th June, put it in a storage yard and gave me a hire car. 5 months later it hasn’t been repaired. It has been sitting in a storage yard for 4 months. It was taken by the RAC to be repaired on 8th June and 29th July but it was sent back to storage on both occasions without repair. Another appointment on 19th August was cancelled. The latest appointment is 10th Sept. I will not be buying from Vertu Leicester again.

Thank you Vertu Leicester for great service from start to finish. The salesman Viraj was pleasant and polite, and gave us comprehensive information about the vehicle with plenty of time to ask questions and take a good look around the car.
We were offered a good part exchange deal, and Viraj kept us informed throughout the delivery period.
Once arrived he gave us a thorough handover, explaining the many technical features of the car and reassured us that we can contact him with any queries at any point.
Overall very happy with the car and with Vertu. Thank you Vraj!
