We are very sorry to learn about your experience. We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing it must have been to make the journey to view a vehicle, having received confirmation of your appointment, only to find that the car had already been sold.

While we appreciate that vehicles can sell quickly, we agree that a courtesy call or message should have been made as soon as the vehicle was no longer available. We are also sorry to hear that you did not receive the apology and understanding that you deserved on arrival.
