No pressure sales force. Very friendly. The car was not new but was prepared to a very high level and looked new. Everything was explained well and communication via telephone, text and email was excellent.
Cannot fault the experience.

Excellent service and was kept up to date all the time by Lazar the Salesperson. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to delay the purchase by a week , but that was no problem.
Was a bit disgruntled as we paid for a tank of petrol and for delivery , but they drove the car the 160 miles to us and used our fuel. I rang up to complain and they immediately apologised and said the driver should have refuelled when they got here and so the refunded all the fuel payment .
The car was in top condition and would definitely recommend this car sales outfit.

We booked a test drive for a Ford Puma ST line at Shirley Branch, Solihull.

Fabulous experience, Alex at Ford Shirely was great, no pressure, to buy, had time for us. Part exchanged my old car and did everything he could ro get us the best deal, lovely lad. He went through the added insurance extras which i was dreading, but some of them were a no brainer and would be silly not to include, which other garages didnt offer, also covered me for 3 days free of charge on insurance which meant i could drive it away without the panic of sorting that out. Well Done Vertu Shirley!
