This is my 2nd vehicle in 6 months I've brought from Vertu Motors kingsNorton, no fault of the car just bad look on my part (accidents 1 stolen 1 non fault write off) both occasions the staff have listened to what was needed and budgets they give honest opinions based on yours needs and arent pushy with the sales. I dealt with a young girl that's now left unfortunately 1st time and 2nd time Carlos who was great, the sales manager was amazing getting me the best deals for my budget would highly recommend.

We have been buying our cars from you…
We have been buying our cars from you for the past 10 years, and until now we have always been satisfied with the service we received. Unfortunately, this recent experience has been very disappointing.
Firstly, the dealer informed us that we needed to pay £20 for a full charge. However, during the test drive the car was already at 93%, and when we collected the car it was still the same. No one bothered to fully charge it before handing it over.
Secondly, I pointed out some scratches on the car, but the dealer told me it was normal for a used car. This is not the way we have been treated in the past, even when buying used vehicles from you.
More importantly, when I tried to drive the car for the first time, it wouldn’t start. After trying to figure out the issue myself, I reported it to the salesperson. I was then told the battery needed replacing. While the battery was replaced, it is concerning that the car was not properly checked before being sold.
Overall, this experience has been very disappointing and far below the standard of service we have known from you over the years.

Incredible service
I had my new Kuga for 4 weeks now and on receiving it ,it took me 4 weeks to get an appointment at Shirley site ,on the day of the appointment I was told that the issue may not be covered by the warranty and would be looking at a £200+ bill,After few harsh words I left and drove back to kings Norton dealership where I bought the car,I was greeted at the desk by Rebecca and explained my issue I asked to speak to someone where I could vent my frustration,I proceeded to explain to Sam the rudeness of the staff over at Solihull and how I was made to feel.With a few nods of his head and a quick reply to say not an issue and cannot see any issue with it not been under warranty.As it was as far as I was aware only a blown fuse.
I was promptly given an appointment for the Next couple of days.
The car was promptly repaired where it was only a blown fuse and not as Solihull had advised .
The team at kings Norton are a credit to the company from Rebbeca on reception to Sam and the mechanic that fixed the issue

Bought a BMW earlier this year
Bought a BMW earlier this year. Had a few problems electrically. Finally Bristol arranged for it to go back to BMW last Tues 02/09. Wanted to make sure they were aware of all problems but extremely rude women on reception not interested and sent us to self check in.
On the 04/09 we popped into BMW to ask for an update to be told that car was bought late and they had been trying to contact Bristol Street Kings Norton to discuss the repair but we're being put through to Head office and no one was ringing back.
We went in to Bristol Street in person and a lady Lauren did ring BMW whilst we were there.
Today the 10/09 we tried to get an update and like BMW were put through to Head office and told they would be in touch within 48 hours.
We have learnt a valuable lesson and will not be buying from Bristol Street again. Sales team are brilliant and keep their promises but Service department are useless and customer service non existent.
We called into the service department after I left this review and whilst I am not happy so far the same lady on reception was very helpful and understanding so I am hopeful that the. Car will be sorted and you are on the case. I will review again at the end of the process.

While I’m pleased to know that our Sales team left a positive impression, I fully appreciate your frustration with the difficulties you’ve faced regarding the service and communication. This is not the level of support we aim to provide, and I apologise sincerely for the inconvenience caused.
Your comments regarding the reception experience, delays in communication between ourselves and BMW, and the difficulty in obtaining updates have been taken very seriously. I will ensure that this is raised directly with the Service Management team so that we can address the gaps you’ve highlighted.
At present, we are waiting for information from BMW in order to submit your warranty claim for approval. I apologise for the delay this has caused and want to reassure you that we will be chasing this up today. As soon as we have the necessary details, we will move your claim forward and be in touch with you to provide a clear update.
Thank you again for your feedback – it is only by listening to our customers that we can improve. I hope we can restore your confidence in us.
