We've just bought a great KiavPicanto from Vertu at Bradford...it was well worth the drive up from the Midlands. Tony was our contact all the way..infomative, enthusiastic and always put the customer first .. went out of his way to offer a 10/10 service...can recommend and thank you very much

Awful place, had my car in for a health check and they claimed it had a faulty air conditioner. When I returned it to Arnold clark to rectify the issue they sent it to another Honda who found no fault. When I confronted bradford Honda about this they berated me and spoke to me like a child. I’m autistic and struggle in these situations and it left me in tears in the car park…when I tried to complain I never received a response, left so many voice mails. I hope Karen sees this as she’s the member of staff who decided to never call back…

had a phone call today from someone within customer services. I explained the situation and was rudely interrupted and told they they cannot discuss anything further and I’ve been sent a letter then she ended the phone call. I’ve never dealt with such a childish and unprofessional company ever in my life!

We wanted to change our car for a small, automatic,hybrid.
We had chosen two models by two different car manufacturers. We had booked the first but were unable to do a test drive, so decided to call in at Honda just to compare the two cars. We were met in the show room by Sheeraz who said they had the perfect car for us. After looking and sitting in the car he took us for a test drive. I was quite nervous about driving an automatic car for the first time but he was very encouraging and reassurring. Indeed the car was perfect for us. The paper work was done very efficiently and Sheeraz brought the car to our home yesterday and we love it.

Attention to detail, to meet my needs. 10/10

Anthony is a star ⭐️. We bought our second car from Vertu in Bradford. They did not disappoint. It is our second car we have purchased with them, after looking at many other cars, I did not feel comfortable going elsewhere so we called back to Vertu in Bradford. I would highly recommend this garage as they do have a personal touch and are extremely knowledgeable regarding their cars.

I rang Kia parts to find a special key that enables the movement of the roof bars, they were completely uninterested in helping, absolutely disgraceful. I wont be buying my next car from them. After sales is key to future sales.

Ordered 23 Plate Kia in Sept 22, delivery due Apr 23, I was kept updated regularly on progress of my order, Adil was always helpful and informative, collected my new car early on 06/03, really impressed with service an all information given by Kia Bradford - Thank you

I am a confirmed KIA motors fan. Had several KIA's. The professional customer service I receive top notch. Recently I bought a Picanto from Adil Butt, he explained everything well and answered all my questions clearly.

Arrangements were made for our car to be collected for its annual service at our home.
It was picked up a little later than expected but was brought back very quickly to us as we had a prior appointment we couldn't miss.

Vertu Kia Bradford. We picked up our new car this weekend and are really pleased with it. Darryl has been great to deal with and kept us up to date at each stage of the process. Would definitely recommend both Kia and Darryl!

Simply awful customer service. Total lack of empathy and understanding from Kate Waters in Finance department. Clueless as to customers needs. Had to ask same question three times before I got satisfactory answer to a basic simple question. Wish I had never engaged with them. Vehicle being delivered next week. It had better be OK otherwise it will go back and I will have my money back

Dealing with Honda Vertu Bradford was the singal biggest regret ever leaving me well out of pocket and having to source a new car,
I drove from Birmingham to Bradford to part ex a Ford Focus ST 2017 for a Honda Civis 2019 to which i had to pay 2k as deposit ,
I took owenership of the Honda Civic agreed the PCP signed the forms and drove home, After my 1ST payment left my account i noticed that i was paying far more than what i agreed to and contacted Honda , I recevied a call from them explaining they are going to unwind the deal and refinance , after 4 weeks of nothing happening i called Honda and spoke with Paul who assured me the car was paid and everything is changing over, But i doubted him and i called Vertu accounts and asked them myself where i was told no payment was made as yet, I again spoke with Paul and asked why i was been given false information and i pointed out that i was not happy about this, A few days later i was driving and the undertray fell off my car , I called Honda and spoke with Adam who is the General Manager , Adam advised me to take it into Honda as it was still under warrenty , I took my car to Honda Solihull where i had to pay 60 quid to be told that the tray fell off due to there tech engineer not replacing the clips and it came away, I then said this to Adam along with its going to cost 540 pound to replace, Adam spoke with Honda in Solihull to request certin information, I then collected my car and the Service man from Honda Solihull said to me that the guys from the Bradford store is hard work and my best option was to contact the CEO of VertuMotors and have them make a decesion,
the next day i had a call from Adam whos attituid changed alot and he was offering to drive to Solihull to collect my car and drive it to bradford and return it repaired as a gesture of good will this was March 29TH however he pointed out i need to sign a form, This form he wanted me to sign is so he can be paid out from the finance company, Today April 6th i had a number of calls from Honda Vertu asking if i can sign these forms today, I then asked when is my car being fixed i was told it would be thursday week the 14TH of April & i said that i will sign the form then when my car is fixed, When i was driving into work tonight io had a call from Adam telling me i need to sign the forms as im driving around in a free car , I said again to Adam that when my car is fixed i will sign, He then said i was blackmailing him and he wasnt going to fix it before hand, I then said your options are fix the car and ill sign the forms or take the car back, He jumped straight onto taking the car back,
This whole saga has been nothing but a massive headache restuling in myself loosing out on thousands of pounds,
I then said to Adam what advice Honda Solihull gave me about contacting the CEO of Vertu to which he replied it will go nowhere as all complaints come through him,
