I first visited Vertu Honda in Durham…
I first visited Vertu Honda in Durham to look at a Motability car i had viewed online.I was greeted by Stephen who is one of the Motability team and he showed me the car I was interested in.He offered me a test drive which I accepted and off we went.During the drive he gave me lots of information on the car and I was very impressed with the car and his knowledge.
I have just taken delivery of the car and both the car and Vertu Honda are brilliant.
I would certainly recommend this dealership and their staff after my personal experience.

VIRTU DURHAM for first class service
We were well catered for as soon as we arrived on site. Natalie introduced herself and took us through the entire journey from initial inquiry, to test drive, to assisting with placing our order. Manny stepped in to help with the process, but there was never any pressure to complete a transaction.Great service from beginning to end.

Natalie who sold us the car was pleasant, professional and courteous. She was extremely knowledgeable which helped us in choosing the car we purchased. There was no hard sell (which I hate), just advice and recommendations. The showroom is immaculate and the cars are presented to a very high standard. I would highly recommend this garage.
