The car style I wanted was automatic, which was a ‘bridge to cross’ after many years of manual driving; the test drive started me on the road to knowing it was something I could get used to. Also, his willingness (and patience!) in answering the many questions I thought of in the couple of days before delivery was much appreciated, as was the fact that he collected me so that I could drive the car back.

My First Ever New Car
From first enquiry though to completion, my journey was made so enjoyable by the kind, considerate and knowledgeable people who helped me through the, new to me, process of purchasing a car in these modern times. The car itself, a Honda Jazz Elegance, has turned out to be a dream of a drive, helped by the test drive I was given complete with tips on driving the new style Hybrid car.

Purchase of new Honda Prelude.

Very happy with the experience
The salesman was very good and explained everything in detail. He was very patient with our questions and responded knowledgeably. The handover was great, with the salesman showing us around the car and it's facilities and ensuring we were confident and well prepared for leaving the forecourt. Since the sale, he has been in contact to make sure we were happy with the car and give us the chance to ask any questions.
