Very positive experience again!
Called in for a look see and then placing an order for a Honda HRV Sport. Sales staff Jake Stanfield in particular, & Lee Holroyd are a credit to the Dealership for "making it so." Can I credit the Sales Manager and the Dealer Principle who added their input as well. Vertu Motors have a first class dealership at their Stockton Premises. The car was turned round by the Workshop Staff for "hand over" without delay, Excellent.
So, I highly recommend the Stockton Dealership to welcome prospective customers for a trouble free visit.

Very happy with my new car. The whole experience from looking at the car, having a test drive and putting everything in place was hassle free. The paperless way of working made the process go smoothly and I was kept informed on what I needed to do and when I would receive the car. Friendly service, easy online purchase and prompt, free delivery of the car.
I needed a small car for my wife and daughter that could be delivered to the house without having to visit the dealership.
They had a low mileage, fully warrantied car of the make and model that I was looking for and Andrew, the sales rep was most helpful in explaining how to go about making the purchase online.
Andrew arranged delivery of the car within two days at no cost and was kind enough to have provided almost a full tank of petrol.
It's early days but we're very happy with the car and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in future.

Patient Professionalism
Our home being c. 100 miles from Stockton made things more difficult, but - thanks to the patience, professionalism and good humour throughout of Lee Holroyd - ultimately the transaction was completed successfully, with arrangements being in hand for a single outstanding bodywork issue to be dealt with at a Vertu site not far from our home.

Made replacing my car easy . Following a serious not my fault…
Following a serious not my fault accident my Honda crv was written off. I wanted another one and had to search nationwide. I live in Cornwall and Stockton had exactly the car I wanted . Negotiations went well , delivery was quick and the car is brilliant.
