Oscar and Andrew provided exemplary customer service in supplying us with our 2024 Honda Jazz. Andrew gave us first class attention on the Tuesday to find for us the vehicle just added to stock. Immediately actioning a test drive that assured us completely we had chosen the right car for our needs. Oscar then made sure the car was ready for collection the Friday of the same week. Despite some issues with finance Oscar and Andrew went above and beyond to secure the means for us to purchase the vehicle. Which was beautifully presented for us on our arrival under a sheet with bow ! This was a car buying experience of the highest order. The next day we drove it to Buxton !

We couldn't find the car we wanted locally and travelled to Vertu Honda Truro to buy one we had seen online, a first for us.
On meeting Oscar, the Honda representative it was clear to see he possessed good interpersonal skills and vehicle knowledge and was passionate about his job.
The exchange / purchase was painless and Oscar took time to ensure our car was setup for stress free travel home.
A novel touch was presenting our new car wrapped and with a bow.
Our car was immaculate on viewing and on collection, the staff we interacted with, including phone messaging were always polite and helpful. This included after sale conversations to ensure I was getting the best experience from our car.
I would recommend Oscar and the Vertu Honda Truro staff without hesitation.

We had a fantastic experience buying our new car and couldn’t recommend the team highly enough.
From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel genuinely welcome. The manager and our salesman, Oscar, were incredibly friendly, approachable and professional throughout. What really stood out was how they treated us all, not just as customers. They made a real fuss of our baby, which was such a lovely touch, and they also looked after the grandparents who had come along to look after her while we took the car for a test drive, making them feel welcome and offering them drinks while they waited.
Oscar was brilliant from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain every feature of the car clearly, and made sure we felt completely confident before driving away. There was never any pressure, just honest advice and excellent customer service.
Thank you to Oscar and the whole team – we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to friends and family.

Loved buying my car from Vertu Truro .
Had been window shopping a week before and was helped by Andy , lovely personality and encouraged a test drive , put me totally at ease .
A week later I’d gotten my funds together and decided to GO FOR IT !
My favourite had been sold 😔 by the time I’d got there another had sold too . Wasn’t my day .
Andy was dealing with a customer when I got there so I wandered around for a bit , but patience isn’t a strong point of mine and Andy was still busy . I was close to leaving and I would’ve shopped online .
I was approached by Kathryn , ( I’d rather deal with a SalesMAN , ) but she changed my mind . She was charming , knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
Great to talk to .
The customer she’d been waiting on had come back , Kathryn let me wait in Andy’s office until he was free .
They found the car in Plymouth and organised to bring it over the Tamar .
Yippee 🥳
On collection day they squeezed me in to their busy schedule, I was soooooo excited I couldn’t wait .
Everyone at Vertu are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
Kathryn was very patient with me ( I forgot my V5 so had to go home to fetch it )
My “new” car had the biggest red bow on the bonnet , I had to pose lol
Kathryn and Andy deserve this feedback but everyone I spoke to at Vertu were great too . Thanks so much.

I took my Car in for a tyre check up at…
I took my Car in for a tyre check up at Honda Truro and ended up ordering a brand new model thanks to the skills, knowledge and friendly manner of Kathryn !
I asked for some information and she came over.
She was so helpful explaining everything I needed to know. Not at all pushy.
When I went to collect the car it was hidden under
a black cover with a big red bow that I thought was a lovely touch.
The sale went through really well and Kathryn showed me all the technical operations on the car.
I can’t praise her enough for all her help and customer relationship even phoning me a few days later to see if I was happy with the car.
I am really pleased with the car and can recommend Vertu Truro.

Truro branch 10 out of 10
Vertu in Truro were the garage my insurance company trusted with my Audi after it was hit along the passenger side. The damage didn’t look that bad but actually required a lot of work including a new alloy.
I was kept up to date with the progress and Leah was lovely upon collection. Great service.

Upgrading car…
Very informative and there was plenty of time to ask any questions, not rushed in any way. Very relaxed atmosphere in the showroom and we were both made to feel very welcome by all staff, especially Alex who was very knowledgeable on the car that we were interested in.
