The viewing, purchase and delivery process was user friendly and relatively paper free. Gemma at Vertu Dunfermline was very helpful all through the purchase and managed to get us the vehicle we requested. She was extremely helpful and anything she couldn't answer, she quickly found out and replied to us.

Test drive and purchase
Second experience here in just a few days. Booked a test drive with one of the forecourt vehicles. And ended up buying the car the same day. As always great service, a big thank you to Erin, Kris, Lucy and Allison for rhe support and assistance with everything and for also giving me a great deal. Great customer service
Came to have a look for my son’s mobility car. We were greeted by a lovely lady at the door who pointed us in the direction of car we were intending to look at. As we were looking Tamara had asked if we were okay and from that moment no question went unanswered her customer service is great. I booked a test drive and she went through every control and all the information I needed, nothing was a problem. Definitely recommend and ask for Tamara when your in 😊

Genuine Warning – Extremely Long Delays & Poor Communication
Unfortunately, the review that was posted on 3 April is true, and we experienced the same issues.
We were repeatedly told they have only one qualified Hyundai technician, which seems to be the reason for 6–8 week delays. Despite this, they continue taking bookings without warning customers of the true waiting times.
Updates were vague (“car in a queue for diagnostics”), and there was no consideration for the cost of hiring a car or needing a work vehicle. When we asked for clarity, the response was often uncertainty or simply being told we were “welcome to try elsewhere.”
If you live in Fife and rely on your car, I strongly recommend avoiding Vertu Motors – Hyundai Dunfermline. Unless you’re happy to wait months with little communication, look elsewhere.
