The members of staff who looked after me were very professional and friendly. I didn't feel hassled or pressurised into making a hasty decision and the member of staff who helped me with my purchase, Dillon, listened to my requirements and met them 100% He explained everything to do with the purchasing of my vehicle clearly.

Extremely friendly and helpful despite it being really busy in the showroom. Made an extremely nice experience trading in my old car for a new Kona.

Hyundai Nottingham service was excellent. Staff were always helpful and informative. We were never pressured at any time during the buying process.

As always, the service provided by Brett McGane and his team at Vertu Motors, Nottingham is second to none. We collected our 6th brand new Hyundai vehicle on Saturday and it was an absolute pleasure to meet Brett and his team again. We have been purchasing Hyundai cars from Vertu Hyundai Nottingham (and Brett) for over 12 years and the service and professionalism of Brett’s team is superb. We moved out of the area to over 100 miles away in 2022, but we are still happy to return to Brett/Vertu Hyundai, Nottingham whenever we decide to exchange our existing Hyundai for a new model and will continue to do so for the future.

Sales staff listened to my requirements and fulfilled them. Supplied a car to my requirements with minimal fuss. Excellent customer service.

Really good end to end customer service

Marcel the sales person was excellent. Made the whole process very easy from start to finish. Would highly recommend Hyundai Nottingham if looking to buy a new car.

The company charged me £100 to fit a number plate. I accepted their admin error and expected in good faith that the refund would be processed. The service was carried out on the 5th June. By the 12th June still no refund. I caused them and the manager was on holiday and could.not process the refund until his return. Chased end of June still no refund. Chased 11 June spoke to the manager Dan. Confirmed refund would be in account within a week. Still no refund. I have spent a lot of time chasing a small refund and it suggests that Vertu Hyundai do not operate on a good faith system and I would be very wary with future dealings with this garage.

Without doubt the worst customer service experience ever. I requested a warranty claim 6 months ago for corrosion on my alloy wheels, the garage never get back to you despite calling on multiple occasions. I have now been told my claim has been rejected as "the corrosion is caused by stone chips" there are no chips in the lacquer only corrosion under it. Poor quality cars with even poorer quality service. I will not be buying another Hyundai and I will not be using a Vertu / Bristol Street Motors center again. Avoid at all costs!!
