From placing the order to collecting the vehicle took just three days, which was incredibly impressive. Gemma was outstanding from the outset and made the entire process seamless. She was always available at the end of the phone, kept me fully informed at every stage, and ensured everything ran smoothly. Very poor service experience, clearly they are cutting costs. Booked in for a collect and return service (which they now charge for), but didn't have a driver to return the vehicle which meant I had to change my work plans as they didn't return the vehicle until the following day. No longer offer a complimentary wash and vac, I was told this was due to the hosepipe ban, not sure how that stops them using a hoover. Never received the complimentary vehicle health check video as per their invoice. I think I literally just paid £600 for an oil change.

Simon your sales representative, was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the car. The car was in immaculate condition, all the operation of the car and the electrics were explained very nicely to me before I was able to drive off. Having a dedicated area for this operation is very useful even when the weather was wet.

Good experiences in terms of car and the Sales representative Charlie Harratt , a very knowledgeable professional and dedicated person. There was a misunderstanding around payment for my part exchange but this was immediately prioritised and resolved

Fantastic experience from start to finish.

Last year in June 2024 my Land Rover Discovery sport went into the garage with a turbo failure and a whole host of other problems. It was in the garage for 5 months whilst I argued back and forth through Vertu Leeds garage & JLR head office. In the end the car needed over £10,000 worth of work, which was paid for by JLR finally after months of stress.
Fast forward 7 months I took the car back to Vertu Leeds as something didn’t feel right with the performance of the car, I was told everything was fine with the car, but 2 months later the engine light came on and it needed to go back into the garage. Vertu Leeds assessed it and found that the sensor attached to the DPF filter had seized to the filter itself which was only replaced by them in November 2024. Now they are refusing to help contribute to the work to the vehicle which is amounting to £2.5k worth of work. I have 2 young children I have to get to school and they are refusing to give me a courtesy car.
Amy at Vertu has been great at communicating with me but the experience with Vertu & lack of communication from JLR is appalling.

Having had BMW's/ Audi for quite some time, we fancied a change. Having looked at different cars, and dealerships, we decided on an Evoque. From initial enquiries, to serious conversations, Sarah looked after us for the whole journey. We were quite specific in the build and specification we wanted, but still wanted to be within budget. Sarah was tentative in our discussions, and listened and understood what we were after. The collection day and big reveal of the vehicle we shall remember for a very long time. Sarah made sure everything was ready for us, and we really felt like VIP's !

10 out of 10 for her and her team. We didn't feel pressureised into buying, and all our questions were answered with straight talking explanaitons. I would definately purchase from here again! thanks Vertu!

Absolutely Appalling Customer Service

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Land Rover. The lack of professionalism and care is shocking for a brand of this reputation. My father’s car, which has only done 36,000 miles, has a timing chain issue. I reached out to the dealership to resolve this and was promised multiple times that the sales manager or service manager would call me back. Over a month later, I’m still waiting for that call.

The fact that calls aren’t recorded at the dealership is absolutely ridiculous and only adds to the lack of accountability. This issue has caused my 78-year-old father unnecessary stress, and I’ve been left chasing them endlessly to no avail. It’s unacceptable that such a major issue would be ignored when the vehicle has so few miles on the clock.

It’s funny how polite and attentive they are when they want to sell you a car, but once the deal is done, their after-sales customer service is appalling. They clearly have no interest in supporting their customers once the money has been paid.

I would advise anyone considering purchasing from Land Rover to think twice. The lack of accountability and care, especially when dealing with loyal customers, is shocking.

You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. Look at the Poor reviews you have poor management etc. It’s like you’re not even bothered about your customers at all.
